I remember these from around 10 years ago, they had such delicious scents. Too sticky though and leaked everywhere, really messy.

These 6 little glosses came in a set years ago and were about $22 when I got them. The set contained: Butterscotch Toffee, Cotton Candy, Bubble Gum, Banana Split, Lollipop, & Creamsicle. I found them in the bottom of a box tonight of makeup I no longer used. I can only imagine how bad these smell now, haha. They’re so old! But I use to love them. And they all smelled amazing at the time! I’m just not so sure I want to smell them now.
EDIT: I got brave, and believe it or not, they still smell good. They aren’t even leaking out of the tubes. I’m quite suprised. I definatly won’t be using them since they’re so old, no worries! haha

the package is fair. I find that attractive-and the mini cute lip gloss-but ONLY the appereance.
I’m here to complain about this ‘sweet talk set’ instead, they should use ‘sour talk set’ Why am I so mad? you’ll find out below.
About a year and half ago, I cam across dessert beauty or treats, by jessica simpson, duped I made enormous purchase of her stuff, cost me a fortune.
I got this set and can’t wait to open it. but once I opened the set, and I discovered a funny smell in THREE of the six lip gloss. Normally, they should smell like the label, uh-uh. 3 of them smelled sour-also chemical-like and after few testings of my friends, we came to the conclusion, THEY HAVE DEFINITEELY gone BAD.
I thought I was the only one, but i also came across to someone who wrote about her experience, she also mentioned about her bought this set of ‘sweet talk set’ gone bad. EVEN they WERE SEALED until we opened. I was new to the internet buying game, so i did not file a refund, but if i had known better, I would want a full refund-although it’s not the seller’s fault, too.
this is such a horrible experience, that i no longer get my hands on any dessert beauty/treats from then on. of course, what i bought before, i still kept and planning on wether use them or discard them. this was very expensive, I think it was over $18.

I purchased this thinking it was a great deal (half off at Walgreens) and since there were 6 glosses I was figuring it was a great way to try more of them for cheaper. Not such a good idea, as it turns out. I love the smell of Butterscotch Toffee, but I felt that none of them had really any color. And I had to triple dip just to get enough to show up on my lips. No staying power. As far as plumping properties, I’m glad those were just hype, cuz my lips are very full and I really need no help in that department. Creamsicle smells like old Play-Doh. And not in the good, comfy, nostalgic way–more of the ‘ewww, I’m not putting that on my lips or near my nose’ kind of way! 🙂 I’ve had these a month now, and I’ve not worn them. I’m going to give them to my 11 year old daughter, she might appreciate them more. Glad I only spent $10 and not $20 for the full set. Would not repurchase. (Might buy full sized Butterscotch Toffee for the scent/flavor, if it was on sale, though).

This was on sale so I thought I’d try. I like the packaging, it’s cute. The glosses are supposed to have a plumbing effect, which I did not notice. But I like them though. Sheer, shimmery, not very sticky. My favourite is Banana Split, it’s so yummy. Creamsiscle smells a little weird at first, but then it’s great! Butterscotch toffee is sweet and caramellish, not really my taste but I like it. Cotton candy, Lollipop and Bubbel gum are all candyish and sweet, I like Bubbel gum best. I would buy this again, or well maybe one of the glosses at least, like Banana Split maybe 😛

Despite all the negative reviews, I decided to buy this but not for the retail price. I got it for $14 on ebay and I love all of them. I was frightened at first by the bright colors of some of them but alas, they had a very slight tint on my lips. I go for more of an enhanced “natural look” so color or super glossy is a big turn off to me and these are neither. They have THE greatest texture in the world and give a very pleasant tiny tingle on the lips. They smell fabulous, feel great, moisturize well, and are not shiny to the point where you look like you are wearing plastic lips. My favorite is butterscotch and walgreens has the big versions on sale for 1/2 price so i am definitely purchasing a few.
Ok, I don’t know how much gloss everybody wears but I have pretty big lips and the most I need to dip is 2 times to cover both of them. You just do a little smack and rub them together and you have more then enough on them.

i hate this! i bought them because i thought it’s good. the color didn’t appear to my lips and you have to dip the wand 2 or more to cover the entire lips. for me, its not worth the Price.

I wanted to like this. They all smell delicious, but there is zero pigment in all of them except one. The lollipop one has a slight red tint that lasts about 2 minutes, then it disapears, too. These do tingle a bit, but I kind of dug that about them (though I never noticed any plumping. I could live with the fact that these are all clear if it didn’t take so darn long to get ANY on my lips! It takes about 5 dips of the teensy tiny applicator to get enough to cover at all. I absolutely would not but this again, but I MIGHT buy the lollipop or butterscotch toffee for the scent and slight flavor in a full size IF they were about half of their regular price, which is all they’re worth.

OUCH is all I can say. My lips burn burn burn when I put this on. I do however like the smell tho. But that is about it. It doesnt stay on well not alot of color and gums up really fast. I am 47 and a lip gloss nut so I am not about the spend the money on this again.

I prefer the Cool Kisses Lip Candy set, but this is a good set to buy if you’re looking to find out which one you like well enough to purchase in the full size. I like them all well enough. They are all quite sheer and taste nice, but are a bit gritty. Banana Split and Bubble Gum are my favorites. Creamsicle is my least favorite. I *might* rebuy.
