Australian Fire Opal came out in January 2018. It was exclusively made for Polish Pickup ‘Crystals and Gemstones’ theme. It’s an emerald green polish with purple shift and multi-colour flakes.
This polish was thin, and the first coat was worryingly see-through, but it was easy to build up. 3 coats gave me perfect opacity. I expected for it to take a while to dry due to the number of coats, but it was surprisingly quick-drying (possibly because the coats were very thin). I had no problem with wear time. It’s an unusual colour/finish in my collection and I enjoyed wearing it.
If you have never heard of Polish Pickup, each month participating makers create a polish based on a certain theme and all of the polishes are sold in the Polish Pickup store at the beginning of each month.
Baby Girl Lacquer is US Indi polish maker. This was my first polish by this brand and based on my experience I wouldn’t hesitate buying this brand again.
