Great everyday blush colour. Kind of a muted dusty rose pink with hints of peach. Very rich and pigmented, buttery texture. Wears for a long time, but it oxidizes a bit. The colour reminds me a bit of MAC Melba, but Melba is more peachy pink while Papaya is more nude and slightly darker.

Papaya was my very first City Color blush. I bought it because it was supposed to be a dupe for MAC Melba. This is really a beautiful peachy color and the pigmentation is excellent. You only need a very light swipe to pick up the color on your brush. It would be easy to overdue if you have a heavy hand. Also you get a large amount of product for a low price. I highly recommend this blush. It was one of my best buys this summer.

I own several of the be Matte Blushes and Papaya (along with Zinnia and Sunset Safari) is my favorite. Nude blushes like this are right up my alley it’s a lot like Sleek Suede and MAC Gingerly which I also love. Apparently Papaya is an exact dupe for MAC Melba but I don’t own Melba so can’t say for sure.
The texture is smooth, the pigmentation is great and it lasts all day. You get a generous amount of product in the pan and it costs under $5. There’s not much more I could want from it. It’s a great blush that will suit most skin tones.
ETA: I recently bought MAC Melba and on me, they are not dupes. Melba is pink whereas Papaya is a nude color. Formula wise, Melba is far more pigmented and looks better imo.

City Color Papaya blush is a dupe for Mac Melba. It gives a soft peachy pink flush to the skin.
I like the slim packaging however the cap seems flimsy so be careful you don’t break it.

I got mine in the shade Papaya after reading great reviews about it. It did not disappoint me. This blush packs on a lot of product (8.9 grams) in a pan and I love how it has a clear flip cap. It’s simple, affordable, pigmented, and you get a lot for your buck. I don’t see ever hittin pan on this. Totally impressed!
