I have light, neutral skin & this is my go-to everyday lip color. I got it for around $3 at Ulta. It’s creamy, not too shiny on the lips but not too matte either, no strong or unpleasant smell, & well packaged for a drugstore lipstick. I like that you can easily determine the lipstick shade by the color of the packaging. I get about 4-5 hours of wear before needing to reapply, but for a cream lipstick that’s pretty standard. This is the perfect nude for me since it’s basically the color of my lips, but better. I’ll definitely repurchase.

I am new to Essence and have to say had I known the line I’d have been buying this for years. That said, I was informed this and several other colors in the line are discontinued therefore I bought all remaining tubes for $1.46 each at my local Harmon drug. This is cruelty free, inexpensive at retail prices and just a lovely, lovely pigmented quality product. I have no issue with this being a drugstore brand, it’s simply a gorgeous, very, very creamy, non feathering, non oxidizing lipstick soft pink. Perfect if your fair complected and ideal with a charcoal eye.

This is a pinky nude. I have one but I would not hesitate to purchase another. Everyday colour for me. I am fair skin with cool undertones.

These lipsticks, in other colors, wear relatively well considering their low price point. This one is not MLBB but rather ML period. I have tried 3 different shades of lip liner to make this work but it’s just blah and uninspired. NMS. I can’t recall if there are ever testers but this is one I would recommend testing on the lips (not hand) before purchasing. Very easy to de-stash this one 🙁
**ETA: duh, don’t use a store sample to test directly on your lips. Ugh, not what I meant, of course, which I assume most understand without explanation ad nauseum.**

This is an awesome pinky nude. I love the creamy texture. It doesn’t slip around on my lips. It’s one of those colors you can just slap on and go. Thanks Kathleen Lights for the tip!
Update: I knocked off two lippies because it doesn’t stay on very long and it doesn’t wear that well, but it’s still very pretty and comfortable.

So happy I stumbled onto this at Ulta. It’s a perfect MLBB color (I’m very fair with cool-toned skin), sort of a deep rose-mauve. It’s quite creamy and doesn’t dry out my lips. I use it as a base and apply Nyx Butter Gloss in Angel Food Cake over it, which gives me some shine, and the lipstick makes the gloss color look deeper. Works perfectly for me. You can hardly beat the price, too.

My perfect everyday nude. If you have a fair to medium neutral skintone, I bet you’ll love this lipstick. Lasts several hours on the lips, has a natural looking satin finish. No noticeable scent, no drying feel. I got this for $2.99 at Ulta and am relieved that my new favorite lipstick is also one of the most inexpensive lip products I’ve ever tried!!

Use after use I’m amazed by this lovely satiny lipstick.It applies very smoothly even on dry lips.The color stays couple of hours or even much longer if you’re not having something to eat.I love the nude color of this,it’s so purely nude and one of all time favorite lipsticks!Will have more shades =)

Yes, just bought this just because this is Kathleen Lights favorite lipstick. So i went out and bought it. This is the perfect nude lipstick and the color is amazing. There also a dupe for this which is the Loreal 112 Unending Kiss.
