So glad I tried a tester for this very expensive cream. The smell is so horrid, I do not even bother to check the cream has any ‘restorative powers’ or not. Very cheap after shave scent which stays forever. Definite no no for me.

these two ladies working for sisley recommended this cream for me! i gotta say, this is my HOLY GRAIL NIGHT/DAY cream! i was really having a giddy moment because it was one of the more “expensive creams” and i felt like an adult (hah). and after multiple uses, this gives me a subtle glow yet manages to control my oil and keep me matte, my skin is literally soft to the touch, my acne scars have mostly faded away and my skin is very blurred. it is very heavy though, so that may be offputting to some. by the way; my mom also uses this cream – so i can safely say that this is suitable for a large range of age groups. i’m 3/4ths the way through on my current one and i have a backup!

Works really well on all skin types – extra dry, irritated, reactive, sensitive, dry, normal, combination, even oily. It is my go-to cream whenever I have any sort of an issue, hormonal breakouts, allergy, dry patch/es and/or when I unexpectedly run out of my regular facial or neck cream. And whenever and wherever applied, it does a very good job. Moisturises nicely and soothes effectively. It is not for everyday use though, but it is such a versatile product that it is a definite keeper.

This is quite a rich cream from Sisley. Really lipidating and repairing, so fantastic for dry skin or winter time. I tend to use this every single time I get dry patches on my face, so not daily and not everywhere. But, after 2 days of usage, patches are gone and repaired! Love it as a rescue cream and smells so comforting.

this was the first face cream i purchased from Sisley and i love it
During the cold of winter or when my skin has been irritated from the sun this cream is a dream. soothing and hydrating. Although it does not sink into my skin straight away i use it at night so this does not matter and in the morning my skin looks great. Considering the price of La Prairie and Omorovicz which i also use i do not mind the price of this Sisley item it is very resonable I definatly keep a jar of this in my bathroom at all times

I love this product, but only use it in winter or at night. I have a lot of redness in my face and sometimes some eczema, and this creme really helps to calm my skin.
The eczema also goes away really quick when I use this cream. It’s something I struggled with for years, and after trying dozen of medicines from the doctor I now only use this creme for my eczema.
More than that it also has a great smell and sinks into the skin beautifully. I would definitely repurchase.

Over the summer of 2015 I inadvertently suffered mild to bad sun burn on my forehead, which left some red marks in my hairline. I thought I had used a strong enough SPF but obviously not (incidentally having learnt my lesson, I never sunbathe now without Sisley SPF50 on!). Having heard good reviews, I decided to use a sample of Restorative Cream on my forehead – which I did. Within two nights my sunburn had gone down considerably and within a week of use it had nearly all disappeared. Remarkable product! I then bought a tube of the Restorative cream (you can also get it in a pot but being a man I wanted something I could travel with) and continued to use it for about two weeks at night. My sunburn virtually disappeared, the redness, dryness and sun damage marks minimised to the extent they were hardly noticeable. I use many Sisley products and they never fail to amaze me. Wish I’d known about Restorative Cream years ago. A wonder product that contains Shea Butter so absolutely heals the skin of any discomfort or problems. I use it now every so often when I need a boost but keep it on standby at all times. Would highly recommend it.

I wanted to like this SO much! In terms of moisturization – it is one of the best I have tried for combination sensitive skin! It’s very moisturizing and rich but does not leave a film or greasy-looking face, applies smoothly, leaves your face soft and supple. It has a beautiful Shea butter scent (kind of like the L’Occitane Shea line). I have been using this as a daily moisturizer during the winter when my skin was dehydrated, flaking with dry patches. Along with Caudalie SOS serum and Barekol cream mask with ß-carotene as a night treatment, my skin was cured. However, in a week or so I noticed much more breakouts than usual (I have mild acne) and this was the only new thing I tried so this takes two lippies off for me. If it didn’t break me out, I would definitely continue using this and consider it being a winter skin staple!

I must admit. i am the biggest fan of Sisley products. i can not rave enough about the amazing results of every single product i use. i have never NEVER before experienced the satisfaction of seeing the result i was promised. i am happy and after half a year of using sisley products i must say: i will never buy any other brand as long as i can afford to buy Sisley.
so to the cream Reparatrice: i use this cream everyday as my daily moisturiser in the morning. The smell is divine, rich and its the kind of smell that becomes a staple of your personality, My face is normal to dry and this cream just works wonders. It hydrates my skin, it brings out the real glow and honestly every red spot i have ever had occasionally has disappeared. my skin is now in better condition than ever. no words are good enough to explain this product. worth EVERY penny. will buy again and again….

This is a very moisturising cream. It’s also very heavily scented which doesn’t bother me too much but it really annoys my husband. He says it’s an old lady perfume smell. It comes in a heavy glass jar with a fair bit of product. Pretty expensive (SG$170 duty free) but at least it works. Would repurchase only if my husband is feeling generous.
