I finally got it to work. My steps : wash face , tone, moisturize and primer. The trick i think is that your face still has to be moist from the moisturize. And that helps the primer spread onto the face. Used it with my Este Lauder and Maybelline Super Stay.

This is amazing! I bought this product after Kathleen Fuentes recommended this on her YouTube channel and it doesn’t disappoint. The primer goes on super sticky but don’t be scared. After about a minute it soaks into your skin and isn’t as sticky. However, your foundation will look flawless all day long. Great value.
Also, the packaging is a pump which I always appreciate.
