This is a review for Manitoba Harvest – Organic Hempseed Oil. So I found this in a Wholefoods store for only 10$. 250 ML. I thought I’d pick this up since it’s one of the very VERY few oils around that have a comedogenic rating of 0. I needed a new oil cleanser for makeup removal, and was sick of products having ingredients that break me out. I break out to almost and nearly everything. Anything that has a comedogenic rating above 0. You may think I’m paranoid, but I’m telling the truth. My face cant and won’t handle most oils. Especially the deathly Coconut oil. Nothing related to coconuts. doesn’t tolerate rosehip, tea tree… etc. Name it, I’ve tried it. No joke. Anyways, I was a bit skeptical to pick up hemp seed oil. but thought it’s cheap enough I’ll give it a go. Anyways I was pleasantly surprised, it melts all my heavy duty makeup off like a dream! It also can be used on top of my moisturizer. Did I mention that it smells good, and it’s a dark green colour? I’m loving the dark green as it counteracts the redness in my face. I No breakouts so far! Feeling very good and healthy about it. Bonus, it’s also edible and very yummy, goes great in food. Haven’t used it for very long yet, but I am already happy enough! Since it is a very nutritious oil, it does need to be stored in the fridge!
