Very light, non-greasy sunscreen that soaks into the skin without any whiteness or tackiness. Excellent for combo or oily skin. No scent other than the faint typical sunscreen scent. I had a 15ml mini size of this and plan to buy the full size when it’s on sale.

I love the product itself. For my oily-combo skin the texture was light and easy to aply. It wasn’t mattifying, but did not give an oily feeling. Gave good protection from sun damage. The reason I wouldn’t buy it again is the packaging. It broke near the lid when I was about halfway through and it ran over everything in my bag.

I like this but can’t use it as my sole sunscreen right now because I CANNOT stop using Salicylic acid and keep clear skin (without stopping makeup/sunscreen use). The Chemical filters make my skin sting uncomfortably after a few consecutive days of use; which in turn means that I have to stop double cleansing, use chemical exfoliation every other day, in turn stop using lonwearing fondation and switch to a sunblock with physical blockers or a mix of Zinc and chemical for a while. … I will probably need to switch to a gentler exfoliator and see if then I can use this daily.
I like that it doesn’t leave a white cast or sting my eyes, and its sufficiently moisturizing over my toner spray (Chia spritz from Creme Shop). This is NOT mattifying AT ALL though. This product’s name is misleading. It has that chemical sunscreen glow, but at least its not greasy or sticky. I’d say its similar to Neutrogena’s Breakout free SPF glow. If you have very oily skin, and then put this on… The combo will EAT YOUR MAKEUP OFF. So I suggest using a mattifying primer on top of this for very oily skin, or a long wearing foundation, then you should be fine.
I switch back and forth this product with Clinique’s City Block Spf 40, which is a mix of Physical and Chemical sunscreen’s. I can tell the Clinique one was more effective at preventing skin tanning without reapplication. That is my fault obviously for not reapplying every two hours but I aint going to redo my makeup 5 times a day. City Block is a more thick sunscreen; I often dont like how makeup looks on top of it which is why I switch. Though applying foundation with a beauty blender mostly solves the texture issue.
I have to whine about the price tag though. Its KEEPS GOING UP which is incredibly annoying. I liked the “effective, no nonsense, skincare at the right price” vibe Paula’s choice had going on for a while. So sad.

This is the best suncreen I’ve ever used. It doesn’t break me out and make my skin feel nothing. I’ve tried another suncreen of Korea Brand but it break me out and so heavily on my skin. Love this product. But it’s pricy :((((((

This is a milk, not a lotion or a cream. Therefore application is take a little bit and layer it otherwise it is impossible to get the correct amount on your face and neck to adequately protect. It goes on clear so no mask effect. Yeah!
It soaks in almost immediately and is not tacky to the touch. Re application is a breeze as well. Most importantly, to me, it didn’t freak my skin out. But I did notice a rash when I forgot to apply my serum beforehand, see below.
This doesn’t create a matt complexion at all, in fact the glycerine makes for a shiny face from the off and that is not cool. So to offset that I put a mattifying serum underneath, let that dry for 5-10mins then apply this. As long as I let the serum/primer dry then this doesn’t make it everything bead up into a weird mess. I let this soak in for a 2mins then apply powder across the forehead, nose and inner cheeks. And I am good for most of the day.
Under liquid makeup, well I would suggest a mattifying foundation because this will make everything into an shine fest in under an hour. I also think it helps to make your foundation disappear as well. Put foundation on top of this in the morning, check yourself at lunch and your fiundation has left the building.
So it is a no from me.

This was alright. I like the sunscreen piece but as others have noted, this is NOT mattifying. I’ll use this up through the colder months but continue my search for a non-greasy sunscreen to use throughout the summer. For the price, I’m sure there’s something better out there.

I like the fact that this moisturiser is well formulated and has SPF, which is good for my skin, but it’s not mattifying at all. In fact, it makes my skin quite oily. I therefore conclude that despite the claims, it’s not for people with oily skin.

Update: This started aggravating my rosacea but I am not knocking points off because this is still a great SPF. My skin is just super sensitive. When it started showing signs of redness to this SPF I should of had a clue. If you don’t have rosacea you should still give this a try. It is worth it and I am sick of my stupid skin.
I love how lightweight this is. It is a light milky fluid. This is a chemical sunscreen primarily and it does make my rosacea a little red but that goes away. No stinging. I don’t see the glow people are reporting. On me this just looks like skin after applying. I wear this over PC Hydralight moisturizer since I have dry/combo skin and this adds 0 moisture to my skin. Have experienced no breakouts from this and have given it several weeks wear time. It also works well as a primer. For summer this is working well but this wouldn’t be moisturizing enough during winter for me.

My skin is acne-prone, oily and sensitive. Every sunscreens I have tried (which ranked from drugstores to extremely expensive over-the-counter products) always break me out. Now I was so skeptical about this and had studied almost every reviews out there including analyzing each ingredients (crazy I know) because my skin is starting to clearing up from laser treatments. I anyway, nobody complains about the breakout and there is no comedogenic ingredient in, so I gave it a try. It has a very runny consistency almost like water and no white cast on the face no matter how thick I apply. I used it almost a week now and yay no breakout! Im so happy now knowing that I can protect my skin from uv damage without causing me any acne!
Now I put off 1 lippy because the product contains benzyl alcohol in it. Although it lists as almost the last ingredient, it still causes me to feel stinging sometimes (not everytime I apply, pretty weird I know). Anyway my face doesnt turn red and the stinging disappears within a minute so I dont concern about it that much. I will keep purchasing this product until I find a better sunscreen that (1)doesnt break me out and (2)doesnt contain benzyl alcohol.
I will update about this product again if there is something wrong.

This might just be the HG moisturizer for my sensitive and acne prone oily skin. I have been using it for two months now and it has not irritated or broke me out. The other moisturizer on the site, Balancing in the blue label, caused my skin to burn pretty bad so if that happened to you, try this one. It is lightly moisturizing, which is important since acne treatments tend to dry my skin out and thankfully this moisturizes without irritating my skin and clogging it. It is not mattifying, but it doesn’t feel greasy either, and because it’s so light I can actually wear the amount needed for proper sun protection. It wears very well under makeup too.
Hopefully it will work well into summer, but we’ll see. The one I really like to use on humid days is a tinted sunscreen by Cotz (great for sweaty workouts btw – no stinging eyes).
