Bought this coz it’s cheap. My eyes tend to get infections (styes- those pimple-like bumps around the eye area) if I use a mascara for more than 3 months, so I tend to go for the cheaper mascaras.
This mascara gives a very natural finish. As some pointed out, it’s formula is on the drier side. The length and volume given is on the lesser end, so the overall look is natural. Does help to keep a curl reasonably well. Doesn’t smudge even though I live in a hot humid country.
If you’re looking for a cheap, natural looking mascara, this is ok. If you’re looking for drama and that falsies look, look elsewhere.

For me this is a great mascara for everyday use.
It does not smudge or clump.
It makes my lashes longer. However doesn’t help in curling them.
I love using this mascara for a morning natural look.

– Cheap (the site I use to do my asian beauty products shopping sells it for under $5)
– Gives my lashes an overall nice look
Cons:
– Not super easy to get your hands on (only place I can get it is online and that means paying for shipping too or spending more money on products that I might not need for free shipping)

Smudging? Check. Transfering? Check. Lengthening or thickening? Zilch. This mascara did nothing for my little stubs. I’m not sure who this mascara is for, possibly someone that already has nice lashes but it’s certainly not for me. Other than making a mess around my eyes, it never made a discernible difference. Would not repurchase.

Loved this product for every day application when I first got it, sadly the formula dries pretty quickly inside the tube (like 5 weeks). It’s rather cheap, so you just have to figure out if it’s worth replacing every few weeks.
It enhances the existing lashes but does not add drama or crazy volume or whatnot. Just a natural bold look.
I guess I will not repurchase as there are other nearby brands. I bought this online, buying mascaras in drugstores or local beauty store is more satisfying.

This had many good reviews and I can see why!! It lengthens and separates my lashes nicely. I’m not afraid to build it up cause it hardly clumps. It has a drier formula which could be the reason it works well on my short lashes!

It’s a very natural mascara so it’s great for everyday wear. However it is not very tear-proof and tends to flake everywhere… For daily use it’s ok. Smudges a bit and is a little flakey in the hot summer weather.

I personally like this product. I have combination oily skin and it held up all day on my leashes without smudge or transfer yet easy to clean even I didn’t curly my lashes before the application.

Average mascara. Terrible at holding/keeping a curl.
Very natural and not super lengthening.

I rarely review products on Makeup Alley before but OH BOY, THIS IS MY HOLY GRAIL MASCARAAAA! I’m already on my 4th piece (I change brands a lot!)
Why?
1st, it cost only $8.90 SGD.
2nd, it’s NOT waterproof, but it’s SMUDGE PROOF on my oily lids.
3rd, I don’t need any makeup remover for these I’ll just wash it off IN THE SHOWER. SO MUCH EASIER TO REMOVE compared to the Maybelline Hypercurl Volume Express Easy Wash (Not at all) I bought because I thought it can be wash off easily.
4th, SUPER BUILDABLE. Wth, I can just reapply and reapply. It doesn’t clumps at all! Sometimes I’ll use it together with Kate Fiber-In Mascara Base Primer, they work so well I don’t even use falsies anymore.
Is there anything I dislike about this mascara?
Yes, the plain ugly packaging. Period.
I really adore this so mascara so much please don’t discontinue ever. I’d say this is comparable to the Dior mascara (can’t remember which one).
***Do take note that this mascara has a rather dry formula so I’ll usually add in few drops of contact lens solution to rewet it and it’ll be good to go again.
