I first purchased this spray 2 years ago, back in 2016 at a pharmacy while living in Athens, Greece during the winter. I wanted something that would give my flat hair some volume without weighing it down or making it feel messy and sticky. It did a great job giving me weightless, light, clean, flexible volume. It even lasted to the next day, where I woke up and my hair had some added natural curls from getting bedhead, but still looked great thanks to the volume. It has a light, fresh, attractive and pleasant scent that is VERY subtle and is not irritating at all, and I am very sensitive to smells. The smell disappears after an hour, but the scent is so light and attractive, if they could bottle it up and make a perfume out of it, I wouldn’t mind buying it. Sometimes I even find myself using it as perfume, spraying just a little extra on my collarbone and the back of my neck. While living in Athens I usually got it for €16-€17, while in the States I’d get it for $18, and the product would last me a whole year and that’s if I used it almost every day. It is a decent sized 4.22 fl oz bottle, and from the amount you get, I believe it is well worth the price.
It’s a spray with actual fiber from flax, so there is actual volume and body that is reinforcing the hair up. The packaging is another thing I appreciate. The nozzle, unlike most spray nozzles, sprays a very fine mist that evenly distributes the product. It’s decently sized to be taken on the go, which I have done dozens of times. This spray worked best during the Spring, Fall and Winter, when there isn’t much humidity in the air to weigh the hair down and take out any volume it might have added. It can still be great in the Summer, and I do still use it in the Summer, but depending where you are, if it’s especially humid weather, the volume may not last all through the day.
The way I’ve always used it is on wet hair. After a shower, I towel dry my hair a bit so it’s not soaked, but still slightly wet. I’ll flip my hair forward and spray the back of my wet hair, take a moment to massage the product throughout my hair, then flip my hair back and spray the top of my hair. Then I’ll either let air-dry or blow dray. For natural curls, I just tie my hair into a bun after I’m done spraying and let it air-dry like that or with a hair dryer. When it’s fully dry I take out the bun, voilà, natural springy curls with volume. Props to this cleverly designed product, and will always be repurchasing when I run out.

I. Love. This. This is such a great product. I brought this on a whim from Ulta I have a oily scalp with fine straight hair that is slippery but a lot of it. This gives my hair a little grit at the roots and mostly volume. I usually just spray it on my roots when my hair is wet. and blow dry. It has a nice light fresh scent, and never makes my scalp feel oily or sticky because a lot of volumzing products do the job but don’t feel nice in my hair. This retails for about 18.00 dollars or so depending on where you buy it I always shake it before I spray it, the bottle never clogs, the texture looks like gel but doesn’t feel like gel, even if you spray on wet hair and air dry it doesn’t leave a gross sticky mess.

Never having been blessed with thick lustrous hair I’ve tried everything I could think of to give these limp locks some bounce – found it at last with Klorane’s Leave-In Spray with Flax Fiber! A few at the root spritzes of this on towel dried shampooed hair does the trick. Then I simply blow dry while styling with a brush.
The added body lasts until the next shampooing. Now, if I find a need for additional volume between shampoos I can easily spritz this onto dry hair with great results. There’s no stickiness at all in the use of this product – only fuller, shinier hair!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! This is, by far, the best volume and texture spray I have ever used. I found it on clearance at Pharmaprix (Shoppers), didn’t think much of it. Spray on damp hair and air dry or blow dry – leaves your hair with volume and the most natural looking waves. Never have I received as many compliments on my hair as I had using this product. Another plus, small amount of product goes a long way. I tried John Frieda’s sea salt spray as a cheaper alternative, it can’t compete.
Downfall, it’s expensive (125ml for 12.99 plus tax) and hard to find as the Pharmaprix locations in and around my area no longer carry this product.
Regardless, if you come across this little bottle in your drugstore adventures, pick it up! You will not regret it!

I’ve tried many volumizing sprays and this one is the best! Sprays out nicely rather than stream so it distributes well, mild pleasant scent and it is effective in creating volume.
