As brow gel can never tame my dark Asian hair, this is the first product that has been able to keep them in place. I use it to draw a few stroke across my brows, then a spoolie to brush the hair up in the direction I want them to be – repeat if necessary. I then fill in my brows with a pencil.
The finish is completely clear, and does not make the hair crispy or hard. If you apply too much, it can get a little slippery, which can be easily fixed by dabbing with a tissue or simply brush a few times more with a spoolie to even out the distribution. I love how you can go back to reshape as well.

I do not like this product which is unfortunate because I really wanted to like this brow shaper. Wet n Wild is one of my favorite inexpensive drug store brands so I was quite excited to find this product. I typically use ELF clear mascara for my brows but recently that has been difficult to find so I have been searching for an easy to find alternative.
Admittedly my brows are full and dark and on the unruly side so I need something that brings them to heel. I use no other product on them as they do not require filling in or additional color. I just want something to hold them in place.
Brow Icon applies clearly so it adds no additional color to the brow. It is waxy in consistency and quite soft. I find that I have to sharpen this pencil frequently. Since it is a jumbo pencil it requires a jumbo pencil sharpener.
I find it difficult to apply this product and get my brows to stay in place. It doesn’t do a very good job and it stays sticky throughout the wear time.
I paid $1.99 plus tax for this product and am glad that I didn’t pay more. It just doesn’t do a good job for me. I would however use this in a pinch if necessary. I would not repurchase this product. I will keep looking for the ELF product or something similar.

This is hard to sharpen/keep the tip sharp, & feels greasy. I hate writing negative reviews ESP on 1 of my fave brands ever but this doesn’t do anything for my brows. It is clear but it’s nearly impossible to apply any color products under (or over) coz it will make the color product smear/smudge all over. I would not rebuy & this isn’t at all like those clear brow control products becoz it never dries nor sets fully. It just stays so oily & greasy. I have oily skin so that doesn’t exactly help.

It is a bow product that comes in a wax formula. Easy to apply. The problem is it didn’t work for me at all! It is just too greasy and soft. Feels like applying coconut oil on your eyebrows, and my eyebrows are far from being very unruly.

I purchased the coloricon Brow Shaper because I have full eyebrows that tend to get unruly. Regular brow gels often get a bit crispy and flake which I don’t like but I didn’t want to invest in a brow pomade or kit because I already have a brow powde I like. This pencil with a waxy clear substance seemed like the perfect solution; and it is.
The pencil is a simple white painted wooden fat (jumbo) pencil with a clear cap. The wax is soft and feels a bit like vaseline (but firmer) or candle wax, it doesn’t have smell, but if you really put your nose in it, it smells a bit like a crayon. You get 1,8 grams of product and it’s made out of different types of waxes like Petrolatum and bees wax. It’s applies completely clear.
I fill in my brows first, and then go over my brows with this pencil and brush everything in place. It hold my brows gently, it does not give a strong hold. But good enough to keep my eyebrows looking nice and clean. After it dries the brows feel soft and it doesn’t feel like there is anything on it. Since it doesn’t feel crispy or dry, it also doesn’t flake or ball up. It lasts all day and doesn’t influence how my brow powder performes underneath.
All in all, It’s a wonderful product for people who already have a brow powder or pencil they love, but do have unruly brows. It’s easy to apply, invisibly, lasts all day and cheap to boot.
