This is the first product that I’ve tried from Lumene’s Puhdas (purity) line, aimed at combination/oily skin. I use a AHA peel once or twice a week (currently the Ordinary’s AHA 30% + BHA 2% mask) so I just want a pretty straightforward physical peel to use every now and then. This one certainly does the trick. It has a pretty good amount of “scrubbiness”, but it’s not too abrasive. My skin looks and feels brighter after use, yet it doesn’t feel too dry. But to be fair, I can get those same results from numerous other drugstore peeling products. I’ve used Formula 10.0.6’s One smooth operator scrub before and I think I like it more. It has a similar feel and gives slightly better visible results, while at the same time being cheaper. The Formula one is 99SEK (around $11) for a 100ml bottle, while this one is 125SEK (around $14) for only 75ml.
+ Cruelty free
+ Vegan
+ Effective but not too abrasive
+ Like all Lumene skincare nowadays, the design is very sleek and attractive to me
– Small bottle
– Not that cheap for being a drugstore brand
