I have like six colors of these shadows, and they are so nice. They are glittery as heck, and after a long day there can be some fallout, but for the gorgeous, sparkling effect they give it is worth it in my opinion. I bought mine from Amazon, and they were about $10 each, so fairly affordable. You just need a little bit to get a pretty awesome shimmer effect on the lid, so I have a feeling each pot will last a fairly long time. I use my fingers to apply them, as I find that this makes them look the most metallic, especially if I pat them on then swipe my finger across to give it a buffed finish.

These shadows are gorgeous. I am 100% not a glitter person but these are so concentrated and glowy, even though there is noticeable glitter I think many ages can pull them off.
I have the shades Romantic Light and Glow light. As the other reviewer said, they are best patted on the lid with a finger to warm up the formula. The price point is great for these too. I think I paid around $7 each for these on yesstyle. They took awhile to arrive but it was worth it. If you are impatient, I feel these are similar in appearance but not formula to the Stila liquid shadows. Although will sheer out with virtually no effort if you wish.
I think the packaging could be improved on. They are a bit like Colourpop’s Super Shock shadows but with a little plastic reusable seal. The seal keep the product moist but trying to screw the container shut with it perfectly in place can be a hassle. If these were packaged in a simple air tight container I would have given them a perfect rating.

Beauty People is a Korean brand that I only became aware of because of a YouTube video by ShanShortcakeBeauty (n/a). Her video really sold me on these shadows.
There are 10 colors of these shadows. They are kind of like a pressed glitter pigment. They are really creamy, not quite 100% a powder. They are so metallic and glittery. Beautiful. ShanShortcakeBeauty describes and demonstrates swatches very well. They can be messy and are best patted on the lid with a finger. I pat these on the center of my lid as a topper.
The biggest con is the availability. This brand is not sold in stores or even many websites from what I’ve seen. I bought mine on memebox’s US website. These pigments seem like they are being discontinued. They are on sale and only two colors are left. 🙁
Shannon said they are quite similar to Stila’s magnificent metals so there’s a more widely available option. This definitely has me more interested in Korean makeup and other makeup not available in the US.
