Werk It Honey! is a beautiful pastel yellow from the Spring 2018 collection.
If you have ever attempted to wear yellow polish it is almost always a nightmare to work with. The pigment itself is more transparent and runny so the results are usually a hot mess. So my review here is comparing this yellow to other yellows. The fact that this has a regular 2 coat formula is something of a miracle for a pastel yellow. Now to be totally fair I kinda dragged the polish on one of my nails giving myself a little bald spot, so one nail has 3 coats, but I am going to chalk that up to user error.
The other challenge with yellows is they can look unhealthy on nails. But this is such a playful non- muddy color that this just looks fun. I would call this a Spring/Summer color. The china glaze website makes this look like a egg-yolk yellow. It’s more pastel in person.
