This is the ONLY deodorant that keeps me dry. I sweat a lot. I have gone through 15 + other deodorant brands trying to find a deodrant to keep me dry and smelling fresh and this does both. I wish I came across it years ago. It does take a long time to dry so i usually put it on before getting ready so its dried before i get dressed. Love the smell and the packaging. It cost me €10 which i dont mind because ive been looking for years for a deodorant like this.

I feel compelled to write a review for this after years of using thus for 2 reasons:
1) They added another version which has a darker teal lettering and added “Sans carton” or “no carton” feeling. So watch out, when buing! Seriously, it took me a while to figure this out. The “no carton” is actually “not dry” feeling sooooo- guess what? It leaves you feeling wet and sticky and I feel it left me also feeling more smelly. Who tought of this?!
2) As others have noted until they added the new version the original was my HG deodorant it left me dry and my clothes white. Now I have just googled myself to death to find a way to get the mysteriously appearing yellow sweat stains out of my clothes. I cannot even tell you how frustrated I am about this. WHO the heck changed the formula without announcing it on the package? It was wonderful when I startde using this in 2012 until last year (2017).
So now I will use this only when wearing dark clothes. Yes I will buy again but will be ceraful not to use with light colored clothes.
I researched that Arm & Hammer “fresh” is supposed to do a great job without staining yellow, as it has no aluminium in it.
In case your wondering how to get the yellow sweat stains out (no vinegar and oxi clean did not cut it):
Get your white whites again with this
1/2 cup washing soda
1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide 3%
3 tsp liquid dish washing detergent
You might want to put on rubber gloves
Mix all in a bowl, take a brush and generously work into areas.
Let sit for 20 min.
Mix another batch as above, dissolve in water in bathtub, throw in your whites and add water until lightly covered.
Spend an hour watching your latest netflix addiction or paint your toe nails 🙂
Drain the water and throw into washing machine, wash as usual.
Or if really concerned or items were also stinky: Drain water, pour in1 liter vinegar and top off with 3 liters water.
Resume watching netflix for another hour and then throw everything into washing machine and feel really proud of yourself!
Extra rinse cycle is recommended.
If the liquid detergent suds up your machine, just add a little fabric softner&water. This takes care of the bubbles.
So in case this or any other antitranspirant stained your beloved white tee or shirt, dry your tears, this actually worked. I have 10 items hanging right behind me, which I ran through the procedure last night 🙂

I find most of the antiperspirants with aluminium salts itchy and they can colour white clothes yellow. Maybe it is the right amount of this ingredient or added emollient ingrediens but this one isn’t irritating at all. It doesn’t contain alcohol so I can use it right after depilation. Does a good job as antiperspirant and deodorant, it is the best of all the products I’ve tried so far. Of course doesn’t work the whole day if you do physical activities and I don’t expect that from any deodorant. Bad thing about it is that I am a bit tired of it’s scent, which is fresh and unisex. Price is around 10 Euros, but few times per year Vichy has special offers of their deodorants, 50% off the second unit or sometimes two units for the price of one. For that, 5* rating for the price. The package is very basic, even deodorants for a fifth of price have better looking packages. Comes in a roll on, I like that the head is big so you can put it on in two-three strokes. Because it doesn’t leave yellow stains on my clothes, I can put it on after I put on clothes if I don’t have time to wait for it to dry.

I’ve recently developed severe skin allergies and I had to change pretty much all my beauty products. I tried using Weleda deodorant but the alcohol was quite stinging. My dermatologist recommended this Vichy deodorant and I bought a pack of two. I’ve just opened the second one; the first one lasted about two months (I apply it once or twice a day). It smells great: fresh and herbal. It doesn’t irritate my skin and it worked during the hottest day of the summer.

This did absolutely NOTHING for me. I’ve tried many deodorants and this is by far the worst. I’ve used it for a few days and I start smelling of sweat 2 hours after application. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I really recommend this deodorant. I live in a hot, humid Mediterranean climate where a good deodorant is essential and this one lasted bravely and well during long summer days. Also, unlike other deodorants that seem to work less effectively after a couple of weeks, it kept the same quality results for at least two months. Yes, it costs more, but it lasts longer too and you can trust it, so for me that’s worth it.

Excellent deodorant, gentle refreshing smell, lasts all day!!truth be told its expensive and it runs out so quickly..but probably because I use it constantly!!definitely worth the money

My review is for the spray (second picture). I really love the scent of this! Very neutral, and fits in with loads of my fragrances. It really works, as always with Vichy antiperspirants (see my review for the 48 hour sensitive skin one as well). I tend to rotate the Vichy ones with the Dove Original and Silk Dry sticks, as they work fine as well but are a lot less expensive. But the Vichy ones are absolutely brilliant if you wax or depilate your armpits, I’ve never had any allergic reaction even straight after depilating!

I am in love with this product!! My former deodorant left white stains all over my clothes And this one doesnt leave any. It also lasts all day, the smell is gentle not overpowering at all. I am currently on my fifth package. And I am so continuing to use it!!!
