Terrible as a lip primer. Very greasy and despite applying liner and blotting, lipstick will be gone or bleed within 5 minutes.

This base isn’t terrible. It makes my eye makeup stay all day without any difficulty. It’s supposed to go on the lips as well but I don’t like putting my lipstick on top of it because it tends to pack up in my lip cracks. It doesn’t smell anything, which is great for sensitive skins. As for eyeshadow, it doesn’t make the colors pop out as I was hoping. So, overall, it’s a primer that holds the eye makeup in place without any problem, but I would not recommend this if you want to use it for your lips or for your eyeshadow to pop out.

Wow this product is terrible. I thought that buying from a line like Lise Watier meant that I would get a quality product. Instead I wasted $20 for a product does not work at all. I think my lipstick and eye shadow stays on better without this.

Absolutely horrible! Do not spend one cent of your money for this garbage. Like someone said in their review, your eyeshadow will last longer without this so-called primer. It creases horribly and fades after less than an hour. Shame on Lise Watier for selling this mess 20$! It also does not work very well for the lips. There was nothing long lasting about this. I used it for my college graduation ceremony and by the time I went on stage to get my diploma the only eyeshadow left was in my eye creases. I could have got a better quality product at the dollar store!

Well, it just didn’t work for me, my eyeshadow greased very quickly, so I yeah, you are lucky ones for who this product works! And I even didn’t apply any eye cream before, so I think it’s because my lids are more oily than this product requires.

This works well for me, I usually can’t keep eyeshadow on for long before it creases and fades, this makes all my shadows last longer, even my cheap NYX and NYC shadows, had it on today working in the garden in scorching heat and my shadow was still there when I was done, sorry to see others didn’t like it, but for me it’s a winner, paid $16 cdn at London Drugs,

Its just as well I wear nothing under my eyeshadow than wear this eye primer. Its creamy consistency is almost like something you would put on your eyes for puffiness not as an eyeshadow base. I hate that it has no stickiness for the eyeshadow to cling to. I crease quicker with this product than I do wearing eyeshadow alone.
Haven’t tried it as a lip primer, because I don’t wear a lot of lipsticks but definitely wouldn’t recommend this as an eye primer.

absolutely the worst stuff ever. It is clear, but thats not the problem. Your eyeshadow will last longer if you apply nothing. I used this once and my shadow lasted for about 45 minutes. Horrible.
