Tried all hyped mascaras: YSL, Diorshow, Guerlain, Badgal, Fairydrops,MaxFactor, L’Oreal and nothing comes even close to this. Best volume and curl ever but it will not lengthen! I use Rapidlash to grow my lashes and when I use this mascara, absolutely no need for false lashes. The most amazing thing is that, although waterproof, your lashes will feel soft and flexible. I take it off with Nivea Eye makeup remover double effect, however, finding this remover works best was a learning curve! No flaking or staining the browbone like I get from most mascaras.

I’m an insanely huge fan of this product. I read a couple of reviews and they mentioned it to be pricey but that’s not the company’s fault, because the original price in Japan amounts to about 11-12USD if my memory is correct. So if you guys are paying more it’s probably thanks to shipping. I went to Japan about a week ago, and I go there every year, so I always buy this mascara in bulk to tide me over until my next visit.
This makes my lashes like wHOA and I have moderate-length asian lashes, but they’re thin and not exactly as thick as I want them to be. After curling my lashes, I just need to apply a few coats and my lashes can suddenly be seen. If I want extra oomph, I apply a primer and suddenly you can see them from across the street.
Even after a long day, this mascara has never smudged on my oily lids. The packaging is super adorable (it got changed to this baby blue thing that looks really cheap but hella cute and doll-like so I’m not complaining).

My holy grail mascara. No other words needed.
Since I am Asian and is cursed with the straight, short lashes, this is a mascara that has saved my eyelashes. It gives incredible volume and the formula is quite dry so it holds my curl in the whole day. My sister even mentioned to me that it looks like I’m wearing falsies! I also have oily eyelids but I never see the mascara transferring to my lids which is an incredible plus! I only ever apply one coat of mascara and I don’t notice any flaking but I don’t recommend applying this to the lower lashes as it flakes during the day and at the end of the day I notice black specks over my face T_T
Other than that though I absolutely love this mascara and I recommend everyone (especially Asians!!) to purchase this mascara n_n
(One down thing is that it’s quite hard for me to purchase this mascara as it’s not readily available and the local Chinatown I went to buy it from has stopped stocking it which means I have to buy it online.)

This is a funny mascara I didn’t think I would like it because as I put it on it looks quite flaky – but once it’s dry the flakes have completely disappeared leaving me with thick, black and long looking lashes. I don’t have short lashes so on me this almost/does look like falsies.
I like the brush but do find it a bit hard to get into the inner corners, I find it’s much easier to apply if I wipe the excess off as I’m taking it out of the tube. It seems to be lasting ages and not drying out which is a bonus.
I have heard so many good things about Asian branded mascaras I would like to try more. I purchased this from prettyandcute.com in the US – which is a great Asian make-up stockist for you US girls, shipping to NZ was not that cheap but probably ok if you are buying a decent amount of products to make it worthwhile. This mascara was $22.00 USD – I probably would not repurchase this one again as I would like to try a Majolica Majorca Lash Expander next.

For reference, I have oily lids. I never wear eye makeup without using primers.
This is an okay product. Really builds volume (keep it at 2 coats or it’ll clump) and holds curl BUT it does not perform well in hot and humid temperatures. DO NOT wear this if you plan to be out of the house all day. You’ll get some flakes and little smudging. If you party all night with this, you’ll get major smudging. I now only wear this when I won’t be out for more than 5 hours. But once I toss this out, I’m not buying again.
If you have dry to normal lids, or live in a cold country, this can work for you.

Love this mascara!! I have been using this everyday since purchase. Provides the perfect volume and darkness I want for my asian lashes. I only need to curl once before application and stays up all day. The only down fall is if you go beyond two coats it becomes a bit clumpy – but nothing a brush would not fix! It has a *dry* texture meaning it dries quick and doesn’t weigh lashes down. I paid $25 NZD for this which I consider cheap as we would pay $40+ for drug store brands.
