Like most of HC, the eyeshadow is weak. It goes on weak/faint, isn’t buildable, and it creases with a lot of fallout. No primer or setting spray helps. They don’t do well wet either. I literally tried everything I could to make this work and just couldn’t. Very disappointed.

This is a very nice pallet for the eyes, only problem I have with it is that there are too many sparkly colors, I prefer the matte eyeshadows. You can’t beat the price point though.

I found this at WalMart and had been intrigued with those beautiful foil colors and in love with those golds, bronzes, pinks and cranberries. Being of fair complexion with blonde hair and blue eyes, those shades are perfect on me. It’s a little pricey at $10 for a single palette of 15 colors especially since Hard Candy is hit and miss for me. I took a chance on this one. I am not a fan of this at all. There are 6 really beautiful mattes in this. The brick red and the raspberry pink are both really good shadows and applied well for me with a dry brush over eye primer. The shimmery glitters though were more work and tended to have a lot of fallout and didn’t really stick well to the lids and no real pigment. I applied them wet with a makeup setting spray over the similarly colored matte shade for best results. The rose gold shade was the worst one of them all! It barely leaves any shimmer or color. I have used this for several weeks but I just don’t like reaching for it to do an eye look. The eye looks fade and that’s even with a primer beneath and a setting spray over. The color does not stay strong and I have to reapply within 4 hours. That should not be necessary. I really love the way the mattes in this perform. I do not love the glitters or shimmers. The black shadow is beautiful and is a great color for defining. I love the colors in this, but I don’t love the work involved. The mattes are fine, the shimmers aren’t. Pass on this one.
