I picked this up during a recent MAC promotion at 40% off and I’ve been enjoying it as it’s different from the other neutral palettes in my collection which tend more towards brown or rose gold/mauve (e.g. UD Naked 3 or Laura Mercier Eye Artist). It has muted shades of peach, pink and gray, some leaning cooler, some warmer, with a nice mix of mattes and shimmers. The powders are not super buttery, more on the drier side, but I find them pretty easy to blend and fairly long lasting and there’s not much fallout. I particularly like the look of mixing the yellowy peach shimmer shade with the matte charcoal grey.

I have 4 of the MAC X15 palettes and I love them. I managed not to have any of the colors in this palette except carbon which was good. $65 makes the eyeshadows $4.30 so that’s a steal u can’t barely buy DS e/s for that. They are easily blended & very little fall out some good pale shades you can do a lot of looks w this but I like wearing just 1 e/s at once somexs & there are quite a few options there. I know $65 seems like a huge initial investment capital but you get 15 eyeshadows!! MAC eyeshadows! Ehh which are $16 for a single in packaging & $6 if you make your own palette (& buy the palette besides) making it a fabulous deal on a high quality eyeshadow product. #winning

I’ve only been trying palettes for a couple of months.I tend toward neutral, mostly matte looks. I have Urban Decay Naked Basics II and Ultimate Basics. These are good, not great. There is a fair amount of fallout with these, thought the colors are beautiful and last.
I’m not sure how I ended up buying this MAC palette. It was an early Sunday morning, and MAC had sent me a promo email…and you know how that goes. It was $65 for fifteen shades, so about $4.30 each. I took it from the box and looked at it (the cover is clear) and thought, yawn, this will probably go back.
Monday morning rolled around, and I decided to try it for work, and wow. The shades are beautiful (9/15 are matte, the rest shimmer.) No fallout, true color, beautiful blending. (Some of the shades are MAC regular colors, some not.) Someone better versed in Mac than I am will
better describe the color selection, but a good mix of warm and cool. I feel like this is a great beginner palette.
Update; I added some photos above for color reference. Yesterday I had a 12 hour workday, and the shadows were still >90% there at eight pm when I removed them (worn over UDPP)

Let me start by saying I bought this Lip Veil at Ulta, and they are discontinuing carrying the Napoleon Perdis line so I only paid $5, it retails for $25. Would I pay $25 for it again, probably not, but I would pay the $5, lol. The pinkinsh nude color is gorgeous I will def say that, it stays on pretty well and gives your lips that wet voluptuous look, quite nice! What I really don’t like is the smell and there is a taste to it. If they could fix that, I am all on board.

HG Lipgloss! The best and most flattering colour i own!
The only downsides are the price AU$25 and the packaging, because some of the gloss leaks out 🙁 The smell is also to die for.
I will repurchase when i finish this tube!

I love my nude coloured lip products and this is one of my favourites . It is long lasting and its a soft pink-nude colour . There is a little bit of glitter in the lipgloss but is hardly recognisable once its on the lips . It is quite sticky which can be annoying when the wind blows and your hair sticks on to it otherwise I don’t really mind the stickyness . Although, I feel like there’s too much product on the applicator . Its smells nice at first then the smell kind of reminds me of play-doh .

In The Flesh is a natural, flesh coloured pinky-nude. It is a very shiny gloss with good staying power. The wand applicator is easy to use and spreads gloss evenly. The ‘tube’ is a rectangle shape and gloss tends not to stick to the side of it, so you can always grab that last bit at the bottom! The Napoleon Perdis box is a pretty black rectangle with flowers on it and the name, In The Flesh, written on the front and lid. The box has a clear window so you can easily see the colour that you’re buying. The tube itself is clear with a black lid and Napoleon Perdis written along it. A perfect nude that flattered my skin tone = 5 out of 5.
