I wanted to try this product because I saw it reviewed somewhere as a drugstore substitute for KVD’s trooper liner. This did not work half as well. It erases itself, bleeds easily, is not intensely black and does not last 8 hours let alone 24.

It’s the second time I have bought it because I made the assumption that the last one dried out as it hadn’t been used in a while or possibly was running out.
The formula is dry. Even if you re apply with fresh product the outline of the previous line is visible at the end of the day.

I purchased the blue shade of this eyeliner and use it to tightline for a pop of color and am not disappointed. The felt tip is skinny and easy to use. Pigment is great, and I haven’t experienced any drying out of the product as yet. Product dries down without transferring (usually a problem for my hooded eyes) and lasts a long time, basically stays in place until I remove my makeup. This shade is quite vibrant and matches the Katy Kat blue mascara pretty well (if you are looking for a blue option). I’d love it if it came in more colors – navy and purple would be nice additions to this line.
Love finding drug store gems like this one!

Colour Precise Eyeliner is one of the newer liners in the Rimmel family. It comes in three shades only and I happened to try the one in “black”.
It is a felt tip liner with a very fine tip, great precision and it also promises to dry quickly in order to avoid smudging etc. In my experience it is a bit too fast, you are not even half-way through your flick when the tip feels as if it is really dry so you have to shake it a little and then continue.
Another thing with this product is that it smudges on me (you can read more about pro and contra, swatches and how I deal with smudges on my site partyparrotblog.com). I would love to give an A+, after all price is great and packaging is quite nice, but the formula is not quite budge-proof so you should be keeping that in mind when buying this liner.
