I really wanted to like this palette because its cute & colorful plus very affordable. I’m all for giving affordable brands a chance but this was such a bad palette. No pigment whatsoever. Its the type of bad pigment where the colors are hard to the touch. You dip your brush and there’s no product coming off the pan. The two blue eye shadows were the only ones that were buttery and pigmented. Everything else was unworkable. I’ve tried dollar store eye shadows that were better pigmented than this $5.99 palette.
