I love this!!
No matter if its a good lash curler or cheapie, those normal size ones pinch my lids way more than i like. I’m sure most of it is user error..lol
I’ve never gotten the “lash curler” magic & noticed a difference until i tried this mini. I bought the large version too. I love this one so much cos even i cant miss & hurt my poor lid or pull lashes out in chunks!
Great for detailed work.

I bought this in Seoul’s Duty Free for USD17 which is roughly SGD22, which is slightly more expensive than the full-sized even though it used less materials. Logic!
It is my second eyelash curler, the first one being a cheap useless Forever 21 one. Really glad I got this because it works for me! It is pretty easy to use as well and you can easily create a doe-eyed look. I got used to using this after just one try. The only downside is the sponge tends to drop sometimes. The packaging did provide an extra one too.
Now, I’m considering getting the full-sized one, for convenience sake!

I use it as the main curler because my old one is broken and I haven’t gotten around to buying a full, proper one. It curls well and doesn’t pinch my lids, but it takes a while to curl all my lashes but I suppose I’ll be quicker at it with practice. It’s a sturdy product which feels like it’s going to last a while so that’s great. Also It’s somewhat expensive for just a curler, but I’ll let that slide since it does its job perfectly. Maybe one day I’ll buy the normal Shu curler and see what’s so great about that, since I almost never hear anything bad about it.

Most lash curlers don’t work for my near-flat Asian lids so this was a godsend for me! It not only curled my lashes but kept them curled. I can’t wait to buy the full-sized Shu now!

I used to be really happy with this until I found a full-size curler that fit into my deepset eyes (Tweezerman’s Procurl – not perfect, but much better). It really is a pain in the behind compared to a full curler, so I can see why it got discontinued. While it will work, it just takes so much longer – you can only do a little bit at a time, and due to the design you gotta keep making adjustments, since the parts you aren’t doing get thrown out of whack. The curl doesn’t stay super long either.
I was lucky to find a Sephora that had samples of all sorts of eyelash curlers – most didn’t fit, but once I found one that did, I’ve got no use for this one aymore.

I love my mini eyelash curler. I’m not sure why the bad reviews. It does take a bit more time to curl my lashes but it’s more precise and nicer. Sadly, they are no longer selling this version. I’ll be sad once I have to discard this one.

uuuuuuuggh last year I was in a rush and accidentally picked this up instead of the normal size one. this one doesn’t do anything for my lashes, not even the corner ones.

Junk.
I thought it was a little hard to use. It crimped my lashes instead of curling and it also separated my lashes from the rest not giving them a uniform look. I thought this was just a stupid piece of junk lol
Oh well I tried.

This is my holy grail eyelash curler. I don’t know about you but for my Asian eyes, most eyelash curlers don’t even fit and can’t catch all my lashes. And even the ones they could catch they don’t curl my lashes well. The lashes never stayed up for long. It was so useless I didn’t even bother curling my lashes, until I found this! It catches every one of my eyelashes, and due to it’s half-size it doesn’t even have to fit my eye curve. And it does the curling job so well that sometimes I just curl my lashes and don’t bother with mascara. IT’S THE BEST.

This eyelash curler sucks. I have long, straight lashes and this just doesn’t deliver. Maybe it’s because my lashes aren’t dense enough? I don’t know, but this is going in the garbage.

It ended up crimping my lashes together and not reaching those hard to get lashes. :/

I like this mini eyelash curler!! Love to use it to curl the end of the lashes. Most normal eyelashes don’t curl the ends well enough. But these E.L.F mini eyelash curler does an amazing job it actually curl way better, makes my lashes look longer and volumed. Its abit hard to use at first the eyelash curler is a little straight and abit tricky to hold it steady, overall this product is inexpensive.

I’m not sure why this product would have any bad reviews. This mini eyelash curler is like magic for me because it makes my eyelashes stick straight up, making them appear much longer. Use this with some volume and lengthening mascara for that (fake eyelash look). I’m so glad I found this eyelash curler!!!

I think this product is great in concept! A mini eyelash curler is great for adding extra curls to hard to reach lashes! I bought it to add more curls to lashes in the outer corner of my eyes for a more flirtatious look.
But this product is a bit clumsy, it does “bend” lashes more than curling them. Also it’s a bit hard to use, because it’s not spring-loaded, the curling action can feel a bit clumsy. Also it was harder than I initially thought to have control over which section I want to curl..
Overall, it’s pretty cheap, I would say try it, it might work well for you!

Yeah, I’m sorry, this product was a pure disappointment…. I was so excited when i bought this too! I thought it would be able to grab those stubborn eyelashes near the tear duct but I was wrong! I tried it, and it didn’t work. Thank goodness Sephora had a nice policy exchange. I returned it the day after I bought it, that was how much I knew I wouldn’t like it!

I asked my bro in law to buy the normal sized shu uemura curler, even gave him money. That’s the last time I ever asked a beauty favour from a guy. He came back with THIS. Ugh, I really tried to like it since there was no sephora yet in vancouver but its just soooo USELESS. Its tiny pad doesnt do anything except if you want to curl your lashes 10x an eye. will never buy again.

i do like this eyelash curler just that the one i got it, it’s kind of not even. the left side is far more higher than the right side. it always bugs me wen i have an eyelash curler like that. but i would still repurchase.

I looove this eyelash curler! I have never been able to curl my lashes with traditional eyelash curlers, so much so that I always thought they were just a gimmick. I guess my eyes are shaped funny, plus I have super straight lashes. Anyways, this product does the trick. It curls my lashes and makes them look girly now even with minimal mascara. It does take some practice to get the hang of it, but for me it’s well worth the trouble.

Once you get the hang of using this, you’ll love it! It’s able to curl every lash, being how small it is, and the rubber pad quality is great (included is also a refill, if anyone’s curious). I’ve been using mine daily for almost a year now, and I’m loving it! It also holds the curl very well, though I suspect this may vary depending on the person, as some people have thicker, coarse lashes that resist curl.
Overall, great! But just remember, the first few times may require some practice.

I love this lash curler. The mini is perfect for me. I have curly eyelashes, you might think that’s so awesome, but no. They only curl on the outer edge of my eye, they curl so much they they actually touch my lid. It’s annoying, especially because the rest of my eye lashes are stick straight. I have a pic of this in my profile, if you want to see what I’m talking about. A regular size curler doesn’t work for me, the curly lashes at the outer edge of my eye don’t need anymore curling and they don’t go into the curler right so they end up all weirdly bent.
So I use this curler on the straight eye lashes, it’s perfect. I can get my lashes to at least all curl, so they kind of match, yay!
