Flamingo is the perfect everday coral pink for me. I love to wear it with a strong eye makeup or when I’m at office. It doesn’t last long but that should be clear since it’s a shiny, creamy lipstick. Gonna repurchase this baby everytime I run out of it.

This is a gorgeous coral pink that I just purchased recently and I am so glad I did. This shade probably works best with warm undertones. It’s is the the perfect balance of pink and coral. It’s a little too bright to wear at the office, at least for me. I enjoy the lustre finish in MAC lipsticks. For a relatively sheer finish the staying power is not bad and it fades gracefully at least for th shades that I own. It’s on the sheer side but buildable. Along with creemsheen and satin this is my favorite finish in MAC.

beautiful pinky coral, moisturising a lot, good for summer, my go to lipstick.

One of the MAC sales associates convinced me to try this colour and I am forever grateful! It’s not something that I would have gravitated towards, but it’s become my summer staple.
Flamingo is a lustre formulation, which means it’s on the sheerer side in terms of pigment and has a nice, slightly shiny finish. These definitely don’t last as long on the lips as some of the other formulations, but I like them because they’re easy and comfortable to wear in more of a day to day’ capacity. Not crazy hydrating, but not drying either.
The colour is lovely. It looks like it’s going to be a crazy-bright orange-pink but on the lips it’s a sheer neon kind of shade. Bright, but totally wearable.
On my lips it’s definitely more pink with a nice coral undertone. It’s vibrant and is a real ‘pick me up’ kind of shade. Looks amazing with bronze or gold-toned makeup and a healthy application of bronzer. I love it, would definitely repurchase!

Vanilla scent, bright & clean neon light coral pink with a lustre finish. MAC lipsticks have the best scent! I really love this shade and think it’s made for golden toned skin.

MAC Flamingo is a bright pink-based coral colour with a lustre finish. It has a glossy finish and is comfortable to wear on the lips, however it is not a long lasting colour, lasting about two hours before needing to be reapplied. The colour is a warm coral colour, which pulls pink on my lips but looks orange in the tube. The colour suits my skin well and it is a bright, almost neon colour. However, the lustre finish makes the colour wearable and suitable for everyday, casual wear. I would recommend this colour, I just wish that is lasted longer on the lips.

Love this. Its a light pinky, coral color. Its sheer and moisturizing. One of only mac lipsticks I have which is not drying. Im NC 35 and this is a nice everyday color for me but i can also wear it at night with a smokey eye. The pigment is not strong but with that said it doesnt come off at first sight of a cup, you would have to reapply but its still vaguely there which is not bad for such a sheer moist formula. Love the color and formula, got it at The Cosmetics Shop at an outlet mall for $11.

I was all crazy running after this lipstick back in the days before it was added to a permanent line at MAC.
Seriously, I missed it out in two launches: Iris Apfel and then All About Orange. I already lost all hopes, but then magically my friends got it for me from some webshop and I felt like the happiest girl in the world!
This lipstick is a pretty pinky-coral color that is quite sheer, but can be built up. It has a Lustre finish, which means it is also very glossy and creamy on the lips. Perfect color for makeup beginners or those ladies who don’t like their lipsticks bold or high-maintanence.
If you feel like MAC is too expensive, I found a blog post that lists a dupe. Hope it helps!

It’s a sheer colour! And I have a very pigmented lips. It looks very natural on me, it blends in with my natural lip colour and makes it lighter! a bit angel like, soft, girly, fresh and sweet. it doesn’t look exactly like in the packaging on me, but I love the brightening effect it gives. Too bad ot doesn’t last as long as the matte shades from mac. Lovely lipstick anyways.

Probably one of the last shades I’d pick out on the stand, but this has quickly become my new favourite! I’m thrilled that Flamingo is now part of the permanent collection, so I recently managed to get hold of one of my own.
I’m NW20 with red hair so it’s really hard to find ‘bright’ colours that actually suit me! This shade looks seriously neon in the tube, but doesn’t translate as such on the lips. It’s buildable with a lovely glossy finish and would suit most skin tones as a very wearable coral-pink. I’ve been wearing this nearly every day lately – it’s such a gorgeous, bright summer shade.
