I purchased this shade after having tried 714 (from the Mega Matte formula) and discovering that it caused some long-term dryness that was hard to get rid of. I know this shade is quite different, but I don’t regret the switch.
Mrs. Mia Wallace is a stunning, rich red cream. It’s deep enough to be vampy, but still feels wearable for a daytime look somehow. I would attribute that to the fact that it’s not matte, so it somehow looks less stark. This shade leans slightly cool, but when worn full-on, takes on a really beautiful “blood red” kind of look. It’s definitely a power lip. Sheered out or applied with a lip brush, it takes on a much brighter tone, similar to that of 714, but not quite as vibrant.
The cream formula in the Vice lipsticks is one of the more comfortable to wear. I find this to be slightly hydrating, even after a few hours, and this particular shade leaves a stain behind, so fading isn’t unattractive. I don’t experience gathering in lip lines, or in the corners of my mouth like I often do with other cream formulas. This doesn’t feather (even on my feather-prone lips), doesn’t sink into lines, and doesn’t bleed.
It’s $18 for 3.4g of product, which is pretty decent. I’d say the price is middle-of-the-road, as there are high-end lipsticks that carry a far higher premium.

Mrs. Mia Wallace appears red in a lot of swatches online but against my skin tone (yellowish/NC20ish) it’s a rich raspberry. I absolutely love this lipstick- there is lots of depth and rcomplexity to the color, but due to its slight mutedness it never looks too bright or jarring. I feel powerful af when I wear this. I have the it in the vice formula, which is the one currently available (rather than the same color in the revolution lipsticks, which have been discontinued) . It has a slightly shiny satin finish, and the wear is respectable for a non-matte/bullet lipstick- although the formula is very creamy and emollient, it does dry down a little bit and doesn’t tend to migrate like other emollient lipstick formulas I’ve tried. I don’t experience much bleeding around the lipline with it either, although if I’m wearing darker colors for any decent length of time I use a clear lipliner around the edge of my lips just in case. Urban Decay really knocked it out of the park with the Vice lipsticks- all three finishes I’ve tried (sheer, matte, and now cream) are some of my favorite lipstick formulas of all time- incredibly comfortable and non-drying to wear but with a consistency and staying power that way outweighs other creamy, soft lipsticks.

I missed out on UD’s original Mrs. Mia Wallace lipstick which was the “Revolution” formula and packaging (both of which I loved but which were, sadly, discontinued). The “Vice” incarnation is apparently somewhat different but I don’t have the same colours from both formulas to be able to compare apples to apples, so to speak. While I don’t like the new packaging nearly as much, I love this lipstick. It’s such a flattering slightly browned red; somewhat full on but still wearable. It’s a cream, so it is pleasant to wear and doesn’t feel like it’s sucking all the life and moisture out of your lips. This is one shade you can’t go wrong with and I think it would suit pretty much every skin tone. Wear time is good and it doesn’t bleed or travel. Nothing but good things with this lipstick.
