So i decided to try this bc i find the 2 percent bha liquid makes my skin flake if used regularly and it makes my makeup look like my skin in separating. This toner is for normal, oily and combination skin. It does leave some hydration but my skin is under control . No breakouts or anything plus it cleans the pores well. Most importantly it is alcohol, witch hazel and fragrance free. This is the only toner on the market for combo oily skin that is free from those irritants.
