This stuff is only okay. I wanted an unscented and affordable product. I’m not a huge fan of the texture of this and it didn’t seem to make a huge difference, even if I applied it to damp skin. I was looking for a night cream as I use a moisturizing sunscreen during the day, but this didn’t do the job. I took a break from using it to try to figure out what was making my skin break out – I don’t think this was necessarily the culprit, but as anyone with acne knows it’s difficult to find a moisturizer that doesn’t irritate the skin or break it out. Also tried using it on my body, and it didn’t do much. Since I found my new moisturizer I haven’t tried to use this one again, but might try it again in the summer.

I really tried to like this.
I have dehydrated skin that needs serious moisture. This seemed to do nothing. So I ended up using the rest of the tube and calling it quits.

My skin type is dry. I use actives-Tretinoin and AHAs. My skin really likes HA.
I love this cream and wish I’d have discovered it sooner! It’s very affordable and so effective.
This cream is very rich but not greasy at all. It spreads easily and very well, sinks in quickly, and leaves a skin-like finish, not shiney nor matte. It has a very slight clean smell that I can sometimes detect, definitely nothing loud or overpowering. It comes in a 45 ml, 1.52 fl oz squeeze tube packaging, which costs about $5 on average on eBay and Amazon. I do wish the tube was bigger, like at least a 3 or 4 oz size. I would be willing to pay a few more dollars for that. This is a cream that contains hyaluronic acid which helps to plump and moisturize the skin. It does what it claims imo.
I love to use this in my AM routine, as I find that it goes on very well under both my sunscreen and foundation. It makes hydration last longer throughout the day when I’m wearing makeup, compared to my other more expensive moisturizers. It plumps the skin so well, and I love using it under my eyes too. It helps to smooth out those fine lines.
It’s also great to use at night if you’re looking for a bland but highly effective moisturizing cream to top actives and oils. Also, it never burns, stings, or irritates my skin when it gets slightly sensitive due to my actives.
This moisturizing cream is just so great for my dry skin! I don’t know how it would do on combo or more oily skins, as skincare is very YMMV. It might be great as a night cream.
I’ve already ordered more from eBay, and will continue to purchase again and again, so that I can keep this on hand in my skincare arsenal. I recommended everyone to give it a try, especially if you have dry skin! It has just worked so well for me and keeping my skin hydrated throughout the day!

Love this stuff, have repurchased at least 6 times.
It’s a very light and quickly absorbing no-frills moisturiser. I use it in the morning as a makeup base since it’s not sticky or heavy and it doesn’t dry in a thin film over your skin like some other creams. Leaves my skin velvety smooth, but I wouldn’t use it at night.
Cons: I go through these really quickly and repurchase them 3 at a time. Still fairly affordable for the amount you get. I don’t personally like the plastic packaging, it creates a lot of waste, but it’s easy enough to use and the tube isn’t pumped full of air so you can actually squeeze most of it out.

I recently switched to hyaluronic acid products from glycolic/AHA-based products after almost a year because they didn’t seem to be doing much for my keratosis pilaris anymore and they are moderately irritating even to my non-sensitive skin. Though I’ve only been using hyaluronic acid for a few weeks, I must admit I’m pretty pleased so far.
The first time I used Ultra Suboon on its own I didn’t think much of it. It felt very fresh and soothing to the skin, but it sank in and disappeared almost immediately – which is very odd for my face since my KP is so bad and so dry year-round it acts like an armor, preventing all but the wateriest of lotions from penetrating my skin. Skin-loving oils like coconut, jojoba, and argan, and the thick, intensive creams my skin really needs unfortunately do little more than sit on top of my skin for hours and hours. On the other hand, any moisturizer thin enough to actually sink in isn’t nearly strong enough to make a difference – if that makes any sense!
However, on a whim I decided to try a modest squirt of Ultra Suboon mixed with a few drops of argan oil and as I began to apply, I could almost hear fireworks going off in the background. This is a magic combo for me. The Ultra Suboon “carries” the argan deep into my skin and still gives me that cooling sensation I love about HA, while the argan provides the long lasting emollient consistency the Ultra Suboon lacks on its own. Within a few minutes, my skin feels fresh and hydrated without looking and feeling like an environmental disaster. Perfect match.
One star off because it’s next to useless on its own (for me). Also, while $8ish isn’t a bad price point I do seem to be going through it rather quickly. One little nit-picky thing about the packaging is that I wish it had a flip-top cap (which, honestly should just be standard protocol for any type of tube product at this point but apparently many manufacturers still beg to differ.) But as long as my little magic combo keeps doing its thing, I’ll continue to purchase. And I do definitely recommend it for those looking to try an HA cream because it’s not a huge investment and also I realize my skin condition is extreme so those with more “normal” skin will probably like this cream just the way it is.

This gives my face an adequate amount of moisture without being greasy; the texture is pleasantly silky & is quickly absorbed. Dry patches are soothed & smoothed. It arrived this January & my Winter outdoor facial exposure was minimal, but it did prevent the dreaded central-heat-induced dry face. Fine lines pretty much fade away, and the less fine ones look more fine. 🙂 Styes result when I use the “wrong” moisturizer (esp ones w/oil in), due to contact lenses & sensitivity, but the Ultra Suboon Cream has never caused irritation nor annoyance.
I’ve tried a couple Mizon gel creams which were disappointing – they provided nowhere near enough juice for my eye area & dry places: a sad risk one takes when avoiding oils – but the Ultra Suboon Cream is really nice. It would need a bit more moisture power & help even out my skin tone to become my HG, but I would repurchase.
The packaging is minimalist, and it cost less than $8 including shipping. Fabulous.
Bonus: Every time I reach for it, the name amuses me. My BF (his moisturizer lives next to mine) calls it Baboon Cream XD

This is a HA (in the form of sodium hyaluronate) cream. Mizon claims this contains 30% and it’s the 2nd ingredient on the list after water, followed by silicones. It comes in a 45mL tube and isn’t super expensive (online this sells for $7-14 depending on where you order it from, have seen it in stores for $15-20 USD).
It’s a white lotion and feels a bit watery and cool on your skin, but pleasant, and it absorbs quickly leaving a smooth silky feel. I didn’t find it super moisturising – but this makes a great base for make-up and should be moisturising enough for normal, combination leaning oily and oilier skin types. My skin is combo but currently leaning more dry and I need to layer a heavier cream on top in the winter. I also find a lot of HA serums tend to really dry me out, but this cream didn’t do that. I will go back to my regular heavier cream for now, but I think this will be perfect for the warmer spring and summer when my skin is less dry. For the weeks I did use it this winter, it didn’t give me any issues with breakouts, allergic reaction or sensitivity or clogged pores.
Repurchase/Recommend? I would repurchase this for warmer weather. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a lighter moisturising cream in warmer weather/warmer climate.
