I got Jet Black, which is black bordering on blue-black. A dry thicker formula that lengthens, thickens and holds a curl. The best formula I’ve tried in the Australis range! The others I’ve tried are too watery and thin to do anything. But the huge spiky hard plastic brush does not do it justice. It misses the inner corners, pokes at my eyes painfully and puts mascara on my upper lids. Takes too long to get onto the lashes. Clumps lashes together. IF I take my time, THEN use a lash comb, THEN do clean up with a cotton bud, THEN touch up my eyeshadow, well I get nice long volumized lashes that hold a curl. You can get a “Fierce Eyes” look. But not for sensitive eyes. Like all the other Australis mascaras I’ve tried, this stings my eyes badly. Worth trying though, you may have a different eye shape that works with the brush.
