This is a firming body lotion, but I am putting it in as a neck and decollete cream because that is how I use it. I don’t use it on my face because coconut oil tends to give me pimples.
This is a light lotion. It sinks in quickly, leaves no greasy residue and smells like coconut sunscreen. While I prefer products with no added fragrance, this smells better than most Palmers products, and I am willing compromise for the results.
The caffeine and seaweed extract seem to reduce fluid retention in my neck and give better definition. The peptides help the skin bounce back, and the vitamin c and e help even my skin tone. I have seen a definite change for the better since I started using this three months ago.
In Australia this costs around $10 for a 250ml tube. That makes it somewhat expensive for a body lotion, but cheap for a neck and decollete cream. For anyone who has dry skin, or skin that reacts well to coconut oil, I think you could easily use it all over your face, neck and chest. I have also used it on my upper arms. After all, at 55 and overweight I definitely have flabby upper arms. It hasn’t done a great deal for the flabbiness, but it definitely has made the skin firmer and more even toned here too.
This is a definite repurchase.
