Got this for 2.99 on Amazon and i love it. The granules are tiny and i can easily scrub off dead skin on my lips in sections. My fingers dont get dirty and this smells very nice. Minty and sweet. Not a strong taste and gets the job done in a jiffy. Ive tried frank and body and sugar lip scrubs and this one is the cheapest and by far my favorite. I dont own a lot of drugstore items but this one is a staple. It is sticky but i dont use this as a lip balm so i usually will always put a chapstick over it. Though, it is moisturizing after the granules melt away so lip conditioner is not needed. My favorite thing about this is how it helps blood circulate in my lips and makes them more red and helps brighten my complexion naturally without me getting my fingers dirty since its not in pot form.
edit- the cap and packaging gets very dirty. The formula is a bit sticky so i hesitate reaching for this at times. I want to try out the Elf one because its a lipstick form and see if its better 🙁 this is a no on repurchasing for me now
+Omg the clear Elf one taste so bad! Honestly a toothbrush and lucas papaw ointment works wonders. Honey mixed with sugar also works. Lip scrub hacks!

How does this only have one review?! Of all the drugstore lip scrubs, this is one I plan to repurchase and use daily and enjoy on my lips! I’ve tried e.l.f’s version in the lipstick bullet, but the first and only one I bought was so hard and dry, it cracked at the base and was impossible to use.
This was a spur of the moment purchase and I was so impressed! The twist tube is awesome, the taste and smell is great (sweet mint like gum) and the consistency is perfect on the lips; not too hard, not crumbly, has good texture, but also is creamy and smoothes out on the lips to naturally dissolve but also works! Its like you get a scrub and lip balm in one (which isnt always the case with lip scrubs).
Walmart sells this in a single and double pack; plan to grab a double pack to keep on hand. I was afraid this was a limited edition product, but I dont think so, its been out for awhile now. Great product! Ingredients arent the most natural but better than some others at the drugstore.

This comes in a chubby twist-up, just like the regular Kiss balms. It has a sweet minty scent that’s not too strong and fades over time. The sugar granules are very fine and don’t scratch or tug. The balm itself is nice and smooth and stays on after the granules dissolve. I like the stick because I don’t love messy pots of sugar scrubs. This is mess free and since my lips aren’t that dry or flaky to begin with, I don’t mind that this doesn’t need to be wiped off. It came in a set with a cherry balm but they’re also for sale individually. It has a mild, sweet flavor.
