This is a very rich emulsion that appears heavy at application and settles into a thick even heavier-feel emulsion. Despite this, after absorption it leaves an elegant finish on the skin. (The finish is actually nicer than the finish of the Soft Cream.)
It contains very little of structural ingredients or actives.
The only noteworthy ones are Squalane; Corn Germ Oil, Coconut Oil triglycerides that has skin repairing ability and an elegant finish. Panthenol, vitamin B5, a soothing anti-inflammatory ingredient with documented effect.
Capryloyl Salicylic Acid in very small quantity and the three rose extracts (Rose Extract, Rosa Damascena Flower Oil, Rosa Centifolia Flower Extract), one is oil soluble. This might actually have some beneficial effect on soothing (and nourishing) of the skin.
For this price-range, one would expect more.
However, this can be a good choice for people with sensitive skin at any age, very dry skin, colder climate or as a rich (night) cream.
It contains fragrance, although the fragrance will not linger for long.
I find it excellent for colder weather and also as a night cream .
