The lotus is the most intensive floral note in Wild Fire, which gives the fragrance a fresh/clean/watery overtone.There’s also some rose and magnolia here too, which are two of my favourite floral notes. Finally; Victoria’s Secret lists ‘wildflower’ scent notes, but doesn’t specify further – I’m picking up on a hint of something minty.There must also be fruit notes in the fragrance to explain the sweetness and hints of ‘juicyness’ in the undertone, but I can’t separate them; I’m going to suggest that passion fruit and possibly pineapple is here, as Wild Flower has similarities to the original Bombshell.
The longevity and sillage for this fragrance is much better than it has been for the brand’s other spring or summer releases that I’ve tried; I’ll apply this is the morning, and can still smell it 8/9 hours later. I think that Bombshell is nice but not “wow”, however Bombshell Wild Flower has blown me away and I wish it wasn’t a limited edition edp – I’ll buy at least one more large bottle when they get reduced in price to make way for the summer fragrances.
