This dry shampoo from Sally’s is from a brand called Blend, which I never heard of before. It comes in this pretty light blue can for a little over $10. I was hesitant to try it because I couldn’t find anything about it online, but took a chance. It’s translucent and light, doesn’t tangle or make my hair matted at the roots. It has a beachy ocean/ sea salt type of a scent. Very strongly scented. I use this to add body and texture to my hair at the roots. I’m not sure about oiliness because I use this mostly to texturize. Very good product, I recommend it for anyone who likes clear dry shampoos that aren’t too powdery.
edit – I gave it away, the scent was just way too strong.
