Super-sized spidery, clumpy lashes what you’re looking for? Then this mascara is perfect for you. Even after ten minutes of using a lash comb, I couldn’t get this mascara to look anything like natural or even nice. The brush doesn’t help, either. It’s too skinny for the formula. Definitely will not repurchase.

Love how it leaves my lashes. Gives length, volume and separation 10/10

I have barely there pale lashes. This product paints them completely and also seems to give them a bit of curl. (true story, I never use an eyelash curler. everytime I try I hurt myself, huge klutz) it can be challenging to get it off at night, but my cleansing balm and micellar water take care of that easy enough. I love this product.

If you like clumpy, thick, spidery lashes, this is the mascara for you. Personally i like the look of clumpy, thick lashes so this is perfect for me. My only complaint is that ti doesn’t last that long on my lashes.

The wand completely ruins the Super Sizer Waterproof Hydrofuge mascara.
Imagine a skinny Christmas tree, then chop off the front and the back. You’d only have branches sticking out to the left and to the right. Thats how the wand is shaped. It has flat and almost flat areas. The packaging makes it seem like the wand is dramatically large with longer bristles at the end. Thats more of an ‘artist’s rendering.’ The bristles at the end arent all that long. And you can’t tell this from the packaging that it basically has bald areas.
Its impossible to apply the mascara evenly.
I’ve tried this 5-10 times now and I’m ready to give up. I end up with a heavy application in one area. Almost no coverage in another. I go over the area and get little clumps. Then I have to be quick enough to comb through my lashes with something else. It makes me wonder – Did they test this out AT ALL ?
I’d love to try another wand with this. I can’t. The hole is too wide and the threads are too wide. The hole is actually too big for the bristles on the wand that comes with the product – its not close enough to knock off excess mascara. The excessively large opening just contributes to the globs.
Don’t buy this product unless you have some other kind of wand thats compatible.

This mascara really gives my Japanese formulas a run for its money in the longevity department. For a waterproof mascara, it has a very wet formula, which I find to overwhelming for my thin, Asian lashes. Coupled with the strangely sparse plastic applicator, I usually find myself having to separate it with another more traditional bristle mascara wand. Whilst it is very fluid formula is a bit tricky to work with, it holds my curled lashes beautifully and doesn’t wilt them. It lends a lengthening look, not so much voluminizing. Also I have worn this mascara for almost 24 hours through a 6 hour hike, a shower, clubbing, and another shower without any flaking or smudging on my under eyes; it even fought me a bit when it came to removing it with my usual olive oil.
PROS: waterproof, sweat proof, no smudging, no flaking, holds curl up all day
CONS: A tad finicky in application and struggle to remove (highly recommend a oil based eye make up remover and patience)
I usually wait for a sale; I stock up when its $6.99 CAD at my drugstores or grocers.

I have this mascara in waterproof Very Black. It’s a very good mascara. Lasts all day without flaking. Holds a curl amazingly well (They look almost – not to say exactly – as If I had JUST curled them at the end of the day).
I apply only one good coat, avoiding the roots of the lashes. I avoid the roots because I have sensitive eyes and I want as little makeup as possible to end up inside my eyes. Using creme eyeshadows aids in this goal as well, instead of powders. With one coat they look a step above natural: defined, separated and volumized. I don’t like clumpy, OTT mascaras that make lashes look like claws or spider legs, so I appreciate this.
Removed easily with Neutrogena Hydrating eye makeup remover.
Would recommend for anyone with sensitive eyes looking for a mascara that volumizes without being clumpy, spidery, and that holds a curl.
