I got this as a sample and fell in love. Its a lightweight cleanser that leaves skin feeling very cleansed yet soft and hydrated. I don’t find this very drying at all, on the contrary it leaves my skin feeling very soft. It is excellent at removing makeup and even gentle enough to help remove eye makeup (including water proof mu).
I absolutely love this product and it is my go to cleanser now.

This used to be my favorite cleanser for a while: even though I have acne-prone skin, during the winter months I feel the need for a creamy cleanser sometimes.
I love the texture and the fact that it leaves the skin silky and soft. However, once I upped my skincare game I started not to like it and use it that much: I do not feel it properly cleans the skin or at least it takes A LOT of product to take make-up off, it is heavily perfumed and despite it being creamy it still dries up the skin a bit, feeling tight after using it and not completely comfortable.
Would probably repurchase again if I had no better option, but would also drop it without regrets if I did.

I have sensitive, combination skin with mild acne. This didn’t properly cleanse my skin and broke me out. It might be okay if you have very dry skin and aren’t acne prone.

I bought this because I love several Vichy sunscreens so I figured their other products might work well for me. I figured wrong. Note: The packaging I have is different from the photo here (at the bottom mine says “One step cleanser for sensitive skin”) but I believe this is the same product with updated packaging. I am always looking for a great cream cleanser for dry, sensitive skin. This one bombed. First of all, this is NOT appropriate for sensitive skin considering it’s loaded with stinky old-lady floral perfume that is a potential irritant and stays on your face all day long. That was reason enough for me to toss it in the rubbish bin, but on top of that the texture manages to be both watery and slimy at the same time. It is also not in the least bit moisturizing – once removed, my face literally squeaked. Not good, Vichy – just stick to making great sunscreens.

This cleanser has been my quick fix when I’m too lazy to wash my face but I just now realised that it actually takes off eye make up really well too! And better than some products that are solely for that purpose. I just put some on a cotton pad and wipe away. As for the rest of my face it takes off make up well and leaves my skin feeling soft and kind of hydrated which is why I often forget to apply a separate moisturizer on afterwards. As a cleanser it doesn’t leave the skin feeling particularly clean or fresh as it is a creamy cleanser and I feel there are still impurities stuck in there but it’s a very convinient quick fix for me and convenient to keep around.

I hate this stuff
I got a sample and was like “yeah, not bad!”.
At the time reviews were decent so I bought 2 on sale.
So regret that.
This is not comfortable on my skin, is heavily perfumed, and doesn’t cleanse well.
So no, bye bye product

OK so I see that the majority of people who have tried this product don’t appear to have high regard for it. BUT I really love this stuff! I think its a matter of skin type, what your skin needs and craves out of a cleanser, and how you use this product.
I have super dry and sensitive skin. This is a WONDERFUL cleanser to help remedy those issues. This milky cleanser does its best for skin IMO when used in the morning – if you don’t wear foundation it leaves the skin moisturized and glowy and if you do wear foundation (liquid or powder) or BB/CC creams it leaves the skin smooth and ready for makeup application. It’s got some nice ingredients for dry and sensitive skin types, such as B5 and Captelae (shea plant extract), the later of which is a rare find in cleansers and which is highly beneficial to the skin reputed to act as a micro magnet that eliminates impurities without harsh chemicals. While I am not sure how true those claims are I do know this cleanser does somehow manage to moisturize, soften, AND remove dead skin buildup/flakey-ness.
As far as the claims of use as a makeup remover go, I dunno about that. I have tried it as a nightime cleanser and it doesn’t fully remove my makeup, which is why I use it as a morning cleanser instead. It appears a lot of the negative reviews have to do with said claim not holding to that promise. That makes sense to me, Ive been there and that’s why I have a drawer full of cr@p I regret buying. So yeah, if that’s what I purchased this for, I would give it a thumbs down too. However, if its a milky and silky cleanser for sensitive skin you are after, this is the one to try. A little goes a long way, making the $20 buck (give or take) pricetag well worth the shell out.

I went through a sample tube of this product recently. I don’t really have any complaints about it, but it was nothing spectacular. I don’t wear makeup often so I can’t attest to it’s removal capabilities. I found that I ended up using it more as a morning cleanser.
Realizing this is like the least helpful review ever. Sorry.

I love this product! Its great for my semi dry and sensitive skin.
I would only give 3 stars if you use this as directed (with a cotton ball). It just doesn’t work well. I use it with a small cosmetic cleansing pad (its a little rubber scrubby thing with rubber nubs to exfoliate very gently). This works great! It takes off all my foundation and then I wipe it over my eyes with the cotton ball to remove my eye makeup. Perfection. I rinse it off I do not leave it on. It leaves my skin feeling cleansed but not overly cleansed and stripped, silky soft to the touch and rejouvinated. Using it in this way, I give it 4 1/2 stars.
It has a light parfum but does not irritate my skin. It clears my pores. It does not cause acne. It comes in a big bottle that lasts a while. It only rates a 2 on the cosmetics database which is pretty good!
I recommend this to people who have dry skin and no acne problems. I recommend using it in the way I have described or using your hands to apply and always rinsing. Great product and will definitely be purchasing again! Moderate price as well.

Unfortunately this gives me little blemishes on my chin!
