   It seems like some people don’t care for jade rollers, but I feel like they’ve made a difference in my skin. I love sticking mine in the freezer for 10 minutes and putting it on my skin afterward. I’ll even use it with my sheet masks when I have them on! They help decrease puffiness, encourage drainage, and helps with inflammation. My pores look smaller right after I use this too. You can easily find dupes for these at TJMaxx and other stores as well. Even if these rollers don’t have the most amazing results, they do put you in a calm and peaceful state of mind.

   I’ll be real. Mine is a gift from TJMaxx and not some fancy brand. But I’m putting this review here because I don’t think it matters which brand people get. I can’t say the price value except that I think it’s mostly bullshit so it’s not a very great one. Does massaging your skin being blood flow? Sure. Does cooling the roller or using anything cool help inflammation? Yeah. But I think this is pretty unnecessary. The rollers sometimes tug on my skin, especially the smaller side. I honestly would have never bought this. Rubbing cucumber perks and ends on my face while I’m cooking give better results lol. I use it occasionally because it’s there. But I don’t think it’s worth buying.

   If you do have it already, I like using it with a serum or moisturizing cream mask, or the day after micro needling, which I do think is more effective. It’s nice when it’s cool from the fridge as well, but I don’t think it’s worth running out to get.

   I am late to the jade facial roller game and thought I try one out. I researched several different ones on the market and decided to try the one from Herbivore, bought mine at Sephora. I had good luck with Herbivore’s products and like their mission.
   My jade stone is not a vibrant green but more of a medium muted heathery marble green. I’ve used it every night now for two weeks and don’t see any difference but time will tell. For now I’ve included this treatment in part of my skincare/self-care routine. I never needed to put it in the refrigerator as it also feel cold on skin contact. I have reactive skin and will try this in the summertime though.
