Excellent on hair…really penetrates and nourishes. As with any other oil, if you overdo with it, it will give you a greasy appearance, but if you use sparingly it is just great! Smell is very nice, such a good product at a reasonable price

I’ve been using this on and off since it came out. I have not used it as body oil so my rating is for hair. This is fantastic for hair, however you need very little, half pump to one pump only. It works much better than any silicone based products I have used. My hair drys smooth without frizz. Yes, I will buy again.

If your hair is too greasy, you’re using too much. I prefer this as a skin treatment, especially at night. I layer it over my lotion or cream and it feels light without an overwhelming fragrance.
I used it in my hair. Sparingly. That’s how it’s supposed to be.
As for my skin, unlike other oils like Shea Moisture, I’m not bathing in slime all day. Even in extreme humidity, it’s alright. Thus far, I’ve had no break outs or reactions, and my skin is sensitive.
For hair, I really like their Volumizing Shampoo and Simply Stunning leave-in. I don’t even need a rinse conditioner.
EDIT: After a few months without it, I was eager to return. I missed the light fragrance and the shine. In the deep of winter, it’s nice on my hair. Yes, it can make it appear oily but unlike heavy silicones, the shine is more realistic. Once my hair dries, I brush it thoroughly and distribute the oil. My hair isn’t coated or heavy; just nice. I would recommend this to people who like coloring their hair because it won’t build up but will restore hair to its proper shiny state. Anyone who loves coloring knows what dye can do. 😉

This stuff is the pitts!!! I liked that it was a spray but I tried it and my dry hair was like an oil slick!! It was a mess and my hair was disgusting. I couldn’t wait to shampoo this out and throw it away. Horrible.

I used this today on my skin and combined with a little lotion, it doesn’t make me greasy or shiny, just lightly moisturized. This should be ideal for summer when I HATE heavy creams. It’s not enough alone in my curls but as an additional treatment, it works fine. The best part is, the fragrance is nearly nonexistent AND is doesn’t smear onto my clothes. Yey!

WOW this stuff is amazing holy grail product. In my opinion, it is a dupe for Redken Diamond oil shatterproof shine. It is silicone-free and contains nourishing oils that absorbs quickly, which is great for me because I have very dry wavy/curly hair that is very fine. I have used other products that have weighed down my hair. but not this one. its the perfect amount of oil for me. I use this after the shower, a long with a little bit of garnier serum on my ends. then i blow dry and flat iron. I have seen a reduction in split ends. Thank God, cause i have been trying to grow my hair out. Im surprised there isnt more reviews, although its a new product. I hope Vo5 doesnt stop making this affordable product, cause idk what ima do. oh and it smells delicious.

This product is supposed to be a oil for your hair, face and Body. Let me start by saying I only use it on my hair..but it would probably be a good body oil but NEVER on my face. The smell is fantastic and it makes my hair so soft. Just a few squirts on my hands and I run it thru my hair. I have used both CHI and biosilk and I like this hair oil much better…and its much cheaper. My hair is very thick and heavy with big waves and my ends gets very dry. This product does wonders!!
