Hi!
I had samples of this foundation ,so I knew that it’s good.
Too bad they made only 4 shades, but no 35 is exactly my skin tone.Am I that dark?
The coverage is light to medium, but buildable.
I wore it for 8 h& it stood there.Of course,I used primer & powder.
This is the best foundation that Vichy has.
Everytime I used it everybody complimented me on my great skin.
I don’t know why my bottle has white pump instead of gold.
The formula is a little runny.
When I apply it with the beauty blender from the back of the hand I feel that the wet beauty blender “drinks” the foundation.I thought that I have no product on the face, but I checked and it was.
Now I dot the product on the face & then I use the wet beauty blender.

I am currently on my 2nd bottle of this and I wish I could give it 4.5/5 stars.
The finish is very natural, my skin but better. When I wear this at work (I work in cosmetics at a drug store) customers always comment on my “great skin” and ask what foundation I wear!
The colour tends to run a little yellow which is great for my undertones. I’ve found that since I’m quite pale, shade 15 oxidizes on me a little, nothing too crazy. I use it with NYX white mixer anyways which I find cancels it out.
The texture is quite thin and runny. My sponges really drink it up even when used wet. I like to apply this foundation With a brush initially then blend out with a sponge. In my experience this minimizes how much the sponge soaks up.
I haven’t noticed a scent to this product. Smells a little like alcohol for a few seconds, but goes away quickly.
Lasting power is pretty good for something with a non-matte finish. Can get a whole 8-10 hours on my combination skin when I touch up my powder once. Haven’t tried it in the summer but it makes a great fall-winter foundation.
Does slightly emphasize dryness if you’re super flaky, so don’t forget to exfoliate.
Another good use for this foundation is for mixing with heavier foundations to give a more natural finish. I mix this with Estée Lauder double wear sometimes for those days where I want the coverage of double wear but a less heavy finish. It works great. I used this technique for bridal makeup on my sister in law, and since then I’ve been obsessed with doing it for just everyday makeup.
Although it’s not perfect, I love this foundation.

Shade 15 is a horrible orange color.
It’s too drying for my mixed dehydrated skin. Visible on dry areas.

I have tried pretty much every foundation Sephora sells and a couple of the popular drug store ones…I never considered Vichy for makeup as it’s often almost hidden away with skincare. I love this foundation! I have the teint ideal and the teint ideal cream as well as the powder, concealer and highlighter. I love each and every product but the cream foundation is a tad too dewy for my oily skin. This stuff blurs out any imperfections I definitely was not expecting it to be this amazing. Only concern is the price is up there and at the end of the day sometimes it looks Slightly textured if not set properly.

I don’t get why this foundation has mixed reviews… I am currently using my second bottle and I really like this foundation. It does not oxidise or clog my pores. It is definitely not a full coverage foundation, but the advantage of that is that it is not cakey. I use a primer underneath it and also a setting powder and setting spray, with this routine this foundation lasts me all day and in the evening I still have to use several cotton pads with makeup remover to get all of the makeup of. Definitely worth a try!!

This foundation is very yellow with no coverage, but teint ideal creme was amazing for me and my skin never looked and felt better. No breakouts or dry patches. I am currently using vichy dermablend and thinking about coming back to that one. TMI, sorry

Well, I must be honest, I am not so deep in love with Vichy products but this product is something I really like.
There are 2 different types of Vichy “Teint Ideal” foundations. First is a cream in tube for sensitive, dry skin. Hm, my skin actually. But it caused lot of problems on my cheeks, lot of clogged pores and bumps. The same happen with Vichy Teint Ideal bronzing powder. Oh man, the packaging looks so nice and I love it but the content inside is not for my skin, not at all.
Vichy Teint Ideal fluid is for normal and oily skin but it is in love with my skin. I am using 3-4 bottle since it appeared on the market. I just don’t like the bottle as every time after I use it I have to wipe the top as it looks dirty and I don0t like this feeling. The tube would be much better solution but as I mentioned before the same foundation name packed in tube is for “my skin type” but not for me at all!
The foundation is very, very runny and it has some kind of alcohol smell in it but it dries very quickly on my skin and does not cause any kind of skin problems. It stays pretty well during day, it is perfect for summer too as it feels very light on skin. However the color range is very poor and all colors go yellow direction. I am using nuance 15 and I can blend it well into my skin to look natural but the next nuance 25 left me looking orange.
I use this foundation rotating it with Bourjois 123 Perfect. Now I have found out very nice “mixture” for my complexion for instant natural glow – Vichy Teint Ideal Fludi 15 + Bourjois City Radiance 03.
My skin is very, very fair and the color cool to neutral.
UPDATE: I must admit that I noticed some kind of dull skin after wearing it usually every day. It also makes dry patches on skin more visible.
