It has intresting notes and intresting name but unfortunately these are the only in interesting things about this perfume.yes,it smells nice but not memorable.it’s not aptly named.it’s not really flowery,not a party perfume,also not a night perfume by any means.it’s girly,inoffensive and mediocre.smells like hundreds of other nice,girly fruity florals out there.it’s sweet but not cloyingly sweet as it’s light.I can detect the notes of the original Flowerparty here too.a sweet fruity accord (litchi?mandarin?)and a hint of rose.I can’t detect slightest hint of licorice or almond
Longevity and sillage are both less than moderate.It’s bottle is cute but looks rather cheap thanks to it’s hard plastic cap.and the color of it’s bottle doesn’t suit the scent.it has nothing to do with Dior Midnight Poison IMHO.this one is more like Yves Saint Laurent Elle Intense without pepper and woody notes(which are exactly the things giving Elle it’s character).I give it 3 out of 5 just because it’s affordable.if it was more expensive it’s I’d lower it’s point to 2.5
saying all these doesn’t mean that it’s a bad perfume in my book.it’s easy to wear in different situations for example for school,or girls evening out.it’s wearable year round specially during spring and summer.was a gift from my hubby and I will go through my 1.7oz bottle as a pickmeup,daily perfume but I won’t repurchase

I’ve slowly become addicted to this stuff. I received it as a gift, and loved the cute deep blue bottle, but on first spray I thought this was too syrupy-sweet for me. However, as it dries down it is SO lovely. There are notes of licorice and almond, and while it’s darker than the original Flowerparty (which my sister owns), it is still quite an upbeat and versatile scent while maintaining some depth. It always brightens my mood when I wear it, and it has decent sillage and lasting power while not being at all overpowering. The bottle has a nice heft, too, and looks pretty on the dresser. 🙂

I ordered this sight-unsniffed and received far more than I hoped for. Flowerparty by Night smells like I wanted Dior Midnight Poison to smell on me. Where Dior Midnight Poison failed is that it is too thin and fresh on my skin. YR Flowerparty is almost identical on a side by side comparison, but better because it has the depth and velvety quality I had hoped for in Midnight Poison. I will be repurchasing and plan on getting the body lotion as well.
