If you have dry, mature, dehydrated skin, you need to run to Trader Joe’s and buy this before it goes away, I just love that dewy look of healthy skin but always having had dry sensitive skin and now in my 6th decade, my skin looks drab and flat. Trader Joe’s featured this in February (Valentine’s Day/roses) for $5.99. I was a little hesitant to try it because scented products on my face make it itchy. This one was perfect. It comes in a small pump oil and the directions say that two pumps are all that you need to pat on face. You could probably make do with only one, It makes you face look hydrated ad gives it a nice drink. With a little concealer, for my dsrk circles, I did not even need foundation. The rose scent was very subtle. I also purchased the rose tonic that Trader Joe’s sells. too for cleansing, Trader Joe’s has some amazing vendors who make their products for them. I saw this selling on places like Ebay and Amazon for double and triple the price. A cavear, if you have oily skin or still at the point in life where your skin naturally glows, you probably won’t like or need this. But I am definitely going to get a back up bottle!!!

I break out pretty easily but this has been great. I don’t use it purely on my skin most of the time though. I found it helps to pump it onto my nighttime moisturizer and mix it together. Sometimes the pump is funny but overall I think it’s a great product. Some people have reactions to specific oils, and since this is just an oil blend, that’s something to look out for. But I think it’s great and I hope they make it a permanent or at least reoccurring seasonal item.

I wanted to love this, but it was a huge fail for me. I typically love Trader Joe’s products and anything rose scented. It was inexpensive and it has a lovely scent. Unfortunately, comedogenic coconut oil is a main ingredient. I have good skin and rarely break out, but this caused several massive, painful pimples. I finished it off by using on cuticles, and it did a great job for that.

I absolutely adore this oil, and I love that I can get it so cheap at Trader Joe’s after having seen how much oils like this tend to go for on Amazon.
I can’t use this on my acne-prone areas (mainly my chin and neck), but I do use it on my cheeks, forehead, and under my eyes. It doesn’t make my eyes sting or water, and really hydrates these areas, reducing the look of fine lines.
The pump is a little unruly, but normally I just take the lid off and allow a couple drops to fall onto my fingers from the pump tube.
I’ve even used this in my hair to smooth the ends and it works fantastically in that capacity as well.
The smell is rosy, but not overpowering. My husband uses this daily and hasn’t complained about the scent, and he’s very sensitive to fragrances.
I think this goes for about $6 at Trader Joe’s, which is a fantastic price.
