One of few bb creams with sunscreen that never causes me to break out. I have hormonal cystic acne that is responsive to androgen inhibitors but it is also sensitive to lots of makeup but I can wear this anytime regardless of weather.
Sometimes I have to squeeze it around to get the pigments mixed but otherwise great product. Not good for medium to heavy coverage but perfect as sunscreen or light coverage. Color is deceiving in that it looks pink coming on but once on my yellow toned skin it matches perfect! Love it n carry a bottle in purse n one st work

I’m probably one of the only people who likes this BB Cream! But I used it for what it is: a tinted moisturizer, not a foundation. For people looking for more coverage, this wouldn’t work. For people looking for a light coverage, this is perfect!
COVERAGE: This product seems to hardly have any coverage at all BUT it is the perfect base for a powder. This BB cream makes my skin just tacky enough to hold on to a powder all day long. For a light-medium coverage, I use Rimmel Stay Matte Long Lasting Pressed Powder, Coty Airspun Loose Face Powder, or Palladio Rice Powder.
LASTING POWER: This makes my skin look nice, natural, and healthy all day long. Usually, by the end of the day (applying my make up in the morning, and then wearing all day long, no touch ups) my face is a little bit shiny looking, but that happens to me with all makeup and I don’t mind it.
ADDITIONAL INFO: This has a really nice smell, its hard to describe but I think of it as a more high end smell, it doesn’t smell cheap like some BB creams do. Also, it has an SPF of 15, and as someone who spends time outside, I like makeup to have SPF “built in” instead of applying sunscreen.
All in all, I love this product when I need a light coverage and also when I want my skin to feel moisturized. When using this product every day, my skin does feel better– smoother, more moisturized, and less red–so that is a plus!

They should call this a regular moisturizer instead of a bb cream. It has no coverage at all. After I put this on I put powder on it and got sheer to light coverage out of it, but if it were a real bb cream it would have some sort of coverage without having to put powder on after. I will not buy this again.

The worst BB cream I have tried. Does not have any coverage at all. I applied it today morning and to my shock, i felt I am only applying a moisturizing cream. Does not cover even a tiny bit of a thing. I was so upset with the product since my friend recommended this to me and totally disappointed with it. Garnier is far better than this. I will be trying Ponds BB cream. This is quite expensive for only 50ml.

I have oily skin and i found this product made me look very shiny and did not sink into my skin. also, it did not give any coverage or color to my skin. it does smell good and the price is great, but not for my oily skin. i think if a dry-skinned person

This is sheer tinted moisturiser, it gives my skin a bit of a glow the colour is fine (well it would be its near sheer) it does not change throughout the day. The SPF is good and the consistency of the cream is ok. I was thinking this might be a replacement for the Olay Complete Touch of Foundation and the 7 in 1 Touch of Foundation which seems to be discontinued (I had been using those two for the past 18mths and found them pretty good for the price) but there is much less coverage in the Fresh Effects. I will use the rest of the tube but I don’t think I will buy it again as I would prefer a product to do a little more and have a bit more coverage.

I have really weird skin that gets oily but still has super dry, visible patches. I can’t really wear foundation as any amount of pigment will stick to the dry patches and make them look worse, or my face will get so oily it will just slide off. I really like this product because it does neither. This product is NOT a bb cream, it is a sheerly tinted moisturizer. And that is what I like about it. It moisturizes my dry skin, provides sun coverage, but doesn’t have so much pigment that it sticks to dryness. It has next to no coverage, but does calm down my easily irritated skin and takes away some of the redness. I like to use this with a little concealer and then a very high coverage powder. I use Revlon’s Nearly Naked powder with this and I love how it looks. I think you could also mix this in with foundation or wear it under if you have dry skin and need the moisture. I feel like I’m probably alone in liking it, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to everyone, but if you don’t want coverage and are interested in the sunscreen aspect you should try it out. The smell does linger, like everyone says, but I kind of like it.

In a BB cream, I prefer smooth, sheer coverage, something that will give me a bit of a glow without any heaviness. I like to apply overtop of a regular moisturizer with SPF, to give my skin an extra polish and glow. Unfortunately, I found the texture of this cream to be clumpy, chalky, and difficult to blend. The finish was caky and dull. This was a miss for me.

This product is the definition of a waste of money. Did absolutely nothing except irritate my skin. Absolutely no coverage and makes your skin sooooo greasy! It almost has a grey cast to it as well. Avoid this product like the plague!

I actually like this product, but I didn’t like it the first few times I used it. I got it half-price at the grocery store – it’s regularly $13, but you do get a big 50 mL tube. I like the tube packaging. I love the scent, which is fresh but does not linger.
It appears to have almost no pigment in it, but I am now considering that a plus. I can apply it more liberally, and get the sunscreen benefit, without having it look like I’ve spackled on foundation. I have started using one of my higher-coverage powders with it (the Physician’s Formula Youthful one in the purple compact) and that combo looks really, really good. The powder doesn’t look that good by itself or over regular moisturizer, so this BB cream must have some pigment, or light-reflecting particles, or something.
The salicylic (sp?) acid has not bothered my skin, even though I’m using a retinol product at night (which often makes my skin more sensitive). I think this is a winner!
ETA: It’s actually a 75 mL tube, which makes it an even better deal!
