The White Company specializes in home products (primarily in white) offering affordable luxury around the globe. The Seychelles fragrance started as a home fragrance (diffusers, etc) and body care, and now the EDT.
This was a blind buy–the notes sounded fabulous so I decided to order it and I am not disappointed. Inspired by the Seychelles Islands in the Indian Ocean, this warm summery fragrance smells just like an expensive vacation. The amber evokes sun-warmed skin, there is a hint of ocean saltyness and a tropical colada in your hand. Fairly affordable, in a simple clear glass bottle. I got mine at Nordstrom, but it is also available at The White Company’s own site (not affiliated).
This reminds me a bit of the discontinued Avon gem, Tahitian Holiday or Mark Instant Vacation–both refreshing summery scents. Definitely one I will reach for a lot this summer.
