Vaseline Pink Bubbly is a snazzy elegant pot of goodness from Vaseline. This was originally introduced in 2012 in Selfridges by design firm Hornall Anderson UK .
The Hornall Anderson design team were asked to create an elegant black and pink tin which would give readers the impression of French Champagne. Hornall Anderson carried this theme throughout the gift wrap, pre-order gift packs and advertisements for Facebook and print magazines including stylist, Grazia and ES Magazine. The product has until only recently been sold exclusively in Selfridges London. It is now shipped over the world and makes it’s quiet entrance onto the market now and then so be sure to grab a pot or two as soon as you see them!
It is Petroleum Jelly with a hint of decadence. Truly wonderful luscious stuff that I reserve for facial use only! As lip protectant and balm obviously to subtle highlighter and gives the face a beautiful sheen if worn in a very thin layer with a hint of translucent powder over the top!
Recommend this to all ladies the world over!

I’ve been collecting the special Vaseline tins for years (like Creme Brûlée, Cocoa Butter, Aloe, and my favorite, Rose) but didn’t find this one until recently, at Target. It is officially my favorite of the bunch. I even love the black and pink color scheme on the packaging. It smells great (kind of peachy-rosy) and hydrates really well because it applies a bit thicker than the other formulas. If it had some color payoff like Rose, it would be 100% perfect.
$3.49 for a 0.6 oz tin at Target.

So I’ve been on the hunt for a moisturizing overnight mask since I noticed my lips look so much more lush and full in the morning than when compared to the end. I tried Agave lip balm, Laniege lip mask and then again Agave lip mask. In between, I had purchased this on a whim because I thought the name was cute. The smell is subtle and it feels like…Vaseline lip balm, not too sticky and not too thick. I wish that it was in stick form bc the idea of using my finger to scoop it out seems unsanitary.
Every time I use this balm, my lips still feel wet and soft. All the other balms are fine and well but they dry off, rub off or get absorbed but don’t have the same impact. Frankly, at this point, I’m stickin with this.

I bought this at a Walgreen’s in October 2016 and I just opened it up this week. I don’t know if it’s still being made; I think it might be a LE product.
This reminds me so much of the Bigelow Rosebud Salve in the tin. To me it tastes more like roses than champagne, but it is delicious and definitely moisturizes your lips well.
I’d prefer a stick form because I don’t like my hands and keyboard getting messy, but it’s not a deal-breaker that it comes in a tin.

In the summer of 2016 I remember there being an online frenzy for this limited edition, champagne-scented Vaseline that was available only in store at Walgreen’s. I managed to hunt one down and then refused to use it without having a backup, because I knew I’d go through a tin in a matter of weeks and be very sad when it was gone – that’s how good this smells! Fortunately Vaseline decided to re-release it and it’s readily available at Target, so I helped myself to 3 more tins. The scent is just a touch artificial, but for the most part it really does smell like a freshly opened bottle of crisp pink champagne – not too sweet or tart. The scent fades fairly quickly so I reapply often to get another fix, but the formula is excellent so I don’t mind. It’s very moisturizing without being overly thick and goopy, and I was a bit shocked when I found it worked as well on chapped lips as Smith’s Rosebud Salve, which has been a staple of mine for years. Smells amazing, works great and costs a mere $3.49? It’s the perfect little pick-me-up so go treat yourself!
