I’m a huge fan of Neutrogena wipes so I couldn’t help but compare them to these. These smell great compared to Neutrogena. They have a light floral scent whereas Neutrogena wipes reek of chemicals. However, that’s about the only good thing about these wipes. They dry out very quickly after you take one out of the bag. Mine dry up before I can even finish removing all the makeup from my face. They also burn my eyes a bit. I’ll stick to Neutrogena.

I like to use wipes to remove my makeup, I have tried many brands, and those are the last one I have tried, with the neutrogena hydrating wipes…I surely like those a lot, first the smell is very nice, non irritating, soft yet pleasant…many wipes have an off smell to my nose., and some actually smell bad?..then they are soft to the touch, plenty wet, I can see they remove makeup well, do not irritate my eyes, and leave my skin feeling clean, and not dry,.frankly, they are as good as the Mac micellaire ones..and better than the neutrogena in my opinion..
happy with those..I always rinse them under water to finish up..works nice .

I purchased these because I enjoyed the Neutrogena night calming wipes, and these were a little bit cheaper. Although they are slightly wetter than the Neutrogena wipes, they do not remove makeup as well. But my major problem with these wipes is the fragrance. It is too strong, isn’t soothing at all, and I am afraid it will make my sensitive skin break out, though so far, surprisingly, the fragrance doesn’t seem to irritate my eyes.

I have oily but sensitive skin; if I wash my face twice a day, it freaks out and feels tight no matter how gentle I am, what cleanser/water temperature I use, and what moisturizer I use afterwards. I tried these on impulse, and they’re perfect for end-of-the-day cleansing. They remove the oil without stripping, and leave my skin moisturized without being greasy. It’s so hard to find a truly well-balanced facial cleansing product! They are fragranced, but it’s a pleasant, clean, soothing floral scent – I’d wear it as a perfume if such a thing existed. I’ve used them to take off (non-waterproof) makeup before, and for that they’re just as good as any actual makeup remover wipes I’ve tried. I rarely repurchase anything, being always in search of something new and better, but I’m on my third or fourth package of these.

The towels are large enough to work with and are thick and textured. It is not as wet as I’d like (the Target brand ones have the perfect wetness). It has a noticible fragrance that I do not find very offensive but it can be a turn off if you don’t like lavender or white tea. The makeup remover in the wipe itself doesn’t breakdown the makeup well. I find myself scrubbing my eye area to remove regular mascara and foundation, and I still have a lot of each on my skin after using the entire towel. It’s like it just moved it all over my face instead of removing it. I still have to use another cleanser to remove the rest of the makeup. I find myself using this more as a toner after normal cleansing to make sure I get all my makeup off and to enjoy the fragrance. It doesn’t leave any residue so I don’t feel like I have to rinse my face again afterwards.

Smells great and does a good (not great) job of removing makeup. Still recommend Neutrogena for tough to remove makeup.

I’ve been using these for about 2 years and go through a pack about every month. I’ve tried all the varieties Ponds makes and this is my favorite due to the texture of the cloth and the scent. These are so calming to use right after a workout or before bed. They remove eye makeup very well, including waterproof mascara, however I do have to do several swipes. Ponds’ cloths are better than Almay and Olay’s versions. Must have!
Edit: I forgot to mention the only issue I have with the packaging is sometimes in my gym bag the sticky closure will stop being sticky, due to the bag jostling around and other items running into the package. I’ll use tape to help keep it closed sometimes. Even though this happens the cloths never seem to dry out!

By far, the best makeup remover wipes I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried Neutrogena Blue, Yes to Cucumbers, Yes to Blueberries, Rite Aid Purple, Neutrogena Purple, and a few cheapie off brands (which was a mistake). These are THE BEST. Like others have said, they are the wettest, most effective at removing all of your makeup, including eyemakeup, stubborn foundation, lipstick, everything. They smell great and do have a noticeable scent, but it doesn’t sting or irritate me. The best part is the woven eyelet cloth, it really helps clean and get out all the grime, which is a problem with very slick cloths – they don’t. Ponds has the best wipes ever!

After battling peri-menopausal breakouts and irritated skin, I went back to basics. I also stopped using tap water on my face and switched to a no water cleansing routine that absolutely changed my skin for the better. These wipes are essential in my new cleaning routine and I don’t think I could live without them. Ive tried a ton of different brans and they either irritated my face or made me break out worse. Not these. They really are very soothing to my easily irritated skin. I use them twice a day sometimes three times if I have been working out and get sweaty. they get all my makeup off leave my skin soft and clean without overstripping the essential oils in the skin. Yes, Oily ladies often overcompensate by stripping their skin and thus ending up even more oily and broken out. These really help balance my skin, keep it calm and just enough exfoliation to get some dead skin off.
I use Jergens Cream (Cold cream). Spread it on let it sit 10 minutes and use these wipes to get it off. My skin is super soft, supple, no breakouts and getting more even toned. I’m almost at makeup optional with my skin and I have to say, I really think these wipes helped me get there. My tap water is full of chemicals and since going no water with cleansing my skin has never been better. I only like the soothing wipes of Pond’s in the purple package. the blue ones are ok but these ones are perfect for my finicky skin. the Chamomile is very soothing and protective of the skin barrier. CVS often has BOGO on these and I stock up and as many as I can find. I leave them everywhere. My house, my car, my Bf’s house. I feel almost to the point that I can’t live without these.

My only regret is not trying these holy grail of towelettes sooner! Love the woven eyelet cloth texture which gently exfoliates and stimulates, and is easy to hold onto. And these are by far the wettest clothes I have ever tried. Those qualities address my major complaints with other towelettes. Fragrance is strong, but pleasant and valuable in some situations where you need a towelette, like camping or quick refresh after work.
These remove all mu, inc. waterproof mascara and ss for me, and never leave my skin feeling stripped or coated. And the last towel in the package is as moist as the first. Great price and easy to find. Love these!
