Pigmented, blends smoothly, doesn’t highlight mature texture, lasts all day on my oily lids. There’s a bit of kickup in the pan but there is very little fallout. I love that they’ve given us a matte base shade. I adore the champagne and gold shimmers, so smooth and intense enough to give a pop for a spotlight eye or use as in the inner corner, although it does fade somewhat. Nice sleek packaging.
I actually like this more than the ABH Modern Renaissance palette. The Covergirl formula is more elegant on my mature eyes, more vibrant, is 90% as pigmented, and has better packaging. One thing to note though, I have very fair skin and the darker pink shades stain my lids slightly till the next day. The ABH formula is a bit ugly and thick looking, WAY too much fallout and the packaging gets so dirty and gross. I actually sold my ABH and kept the Covergirl!
