Ahem…Does this work? Oh yes!! Bathroom visits have never been the same since I went out and purchased a bottle of this in the ‘original’ scent. Btw these are not candles, even though they are listed on here as being so. Anyway I now have 3 in rotation: Deja Poo, Lavender-Vanilla (which is my absolute fave) and Royal Flush. As a bonus they’re all completely natural and made purely from essential oils.
Who hasn’t sprayed some sort of air freshener in the bathroom after doing their business, only to discover it makes it smell even worse. Ok let’s be honest… you probably didn’t realize it after you personally visited, but caught that horrid slightly masked odor that greeted you after someone else, probably within your household did and realized “those damned air fresheners don’t work!”. I admit to even lighting matches which surprisingly works well, and a good alternative for the budget conscious. But nothing I’ve tried works as well as Poo Pourri: 3 spritzes into the toilet bowl, aiming for the water and nobody will know what just took place in the bathroom before they entered. Unless it’s a really bad day in which case a couple of minutes with the window open will definitely help!
Initially I did keep forgetting to spritz it before taking a seat, now it’s like second nature.
The one thing I really think that could be improved here is the spray nozzle, it gets very difficult to spray at an angle, you need to keep it upright or otherwise it will not spray (even though to hit the toilet bowl it HAS to be at an angle). I also find it leaks slightly when sprayed at an angle, again you must keep it completely upright. The company definitely need to invest in those spray nozzles that work no matter which angle, even upside down, then this will be an absolute winner as it gets very tricky to spritz when the liquid inside starts running low.
Until then I’ll keep using this and enjoying the fact that nobody knows…knows what sorry?

Omg lol! I was just wasting time looking at random reviews and ran across this stuff. I have to throw in my 2 cents. I love this stuff! I’ve known about it for years. The gift shop at the hospital where I work has always carried it. For a long time I was like “WTH is that?”
I’ve never had a problem with “bathroom etiquette” due to where I work, but my best friend has always had issues. When I finally realized what this was for I bought her a bottle right away. She loves it and still uses it to this day.
Recently, my work and education situations have changed and I find myself sometimes in uncomfortable situations. This semester, I had a really early morning class and I kept having this reoccurring “issue” where I had to use a not-so-private bathroom. I remembered how much BF loved this, so I bought a bottle the next time I was at work. I’m able to walk out of the bathroom confident that if someone walks in, they won’t have a clue I just did my business. Obviously, this isn’t going to eliminate every aspect of embarrassing public bathroom moments. However, I highly recommend you go out and buy yourself a bottle, throw it in your purse, forget about it and then pat yourself on the back the random day it comes in mighty handy.
Thank the Lord the woman who invented Poo Pourri kept at it and KNEW she had a good idea. I’m sure people told her she was bat sh*t crazy and wasting her time, but look who’s laughing now. Suzy Batiz is her name and her story is cute.

Original & Lavandar Vanilla
Both smell like citrus, even the lavandar one..I guess because it’s the natural lavandar plant scent and not the fake lavandar smell used in baby lotion.
2oz for $9.99 is expensive and I didn’t want to buy it since I figured I could DIY it or spend the money on a beauty related item…but I bit the bullet and bought 2 at BEDBATH&BEYOND using a $5 coupon (they accept expired coupons) and it freaking works.
Husband and 2 boys..and let me tell you my 10yr old is worse than my husband…THIS WORKS.
OMG I can’t believe I’m reviewing this lol…no you don’t smell a combo of “bathroom” and this.
THE ONLY THING YOU SMELL IS THIS.

There is always a bottle of this in our bathroom at work. It really works to eliminate the smell! The original smells lemony, but there are a variety of scents available now. We have a Merry Spritzmas one in the ladies room right now that smells like peppermint. I think these are based on essential oils, you spritz a few sprays on the water in the toilet before you use it and it creates a smell barrier.

This stuff works. Really works!
Cute slogan and packaging – “Just spritz the bowl before you go and noone else will ever know!”
I get this at a local day spa in the Philly area – and it’s actually been around for years.
Smells like a mix of essential oils.
GREAT idea and marketing.

I saw this on QVC and in Good Housekeeping so I had to order it. I tested it with my kids, husband and self. It is some good stuff! Really works to cut down on oder before it starts. Sorry if I posted in the wrong category but I couldn’t find it reviewed already and I had to share how great it is. Comes in a lot of scents and really cute packaging.
