I love this though it is the most expensive sunscreen I have bought.
I was tempted by Supergoop’s reputation, the product being a high SPF and the ‘glow’ promise. This solid stick formula is very easy to store an apply. It leaves a lovely sheen and easy to transport. It just glides on so no dragging on my skin.

This little product is definitely something I never thought I needed until I had it. I never even thought about getting a sunscreen in oil format, let alone a oil in stick format. I’ve seen/used sunscreens in liquid form, powder form, stick form, but never quite like this. For a while I was embracing a more matte type of skin, but I was noticing my skin was becoming parched more and more (probably due to age) so I decided to try to embrace the “glow” this summer, by using more emollient moisturizers, and then I discovered this.
This little guy is small in size, but is long-lasting. After moisturizer, I take the stick, and swipe it directly across my face, and then use my fingers to blend it in. It feels and acts exactly like a dry oil. Like most dry oils, it will absorb into your skin but it will always leave a little bit of slip on your face. You can wear this under makeup if you enjoy a glowy finish. Depending on what you’re trying to achieve, I would recommend choosing your foundation/moisturizer in consequence when using this product (i.e. if you need your makeup to last all day, consider using a less emollient moisturizer, or a matte foundation). I’ve been using it every day this summer, and I’ve really been enjoying it. Generally, even the more moisturizing types of sunscreens still manage to be somewhat drying for the skin, but not this one.
It has no odour, is completely clear, and is a chemical sunscreen. I have not had any averse reactions to the formula. The tube is small, but after two full months of use, I don’t think I’ve even hit the halfway mark. I love that you can just throw this in your purse, and apply it straight from the stick for an easy, mess-free application. I would highly recommend if you’re into glossy skin.
