Is it just me or does anyone else find watermelon and cucumber scents almost identical? Scent aside, WnW got this product SO RIGHT where others haven’t even come close. For a lip scrub I have got to say, the texture of this one is the best I’ve ever tried. It spreads evenly across the lips, without chunks falling off as you apply it. The granules are small enough yet large enough to properly exfoliate and the balmy texture they are suspended in does not disappear when you rinse the scrub off your lips so you are left with a balm coating to keep lips soft. The bright watermelon pink shade has a slight staining effect but I just made my lips look healthy, so I will forgive WnW for this. I actually like the packaging, I think it’s super cute and the jar doesn’t bother me because I use a small spatula to get the product out – no way do I want this stuff under my fingernails – so using a spatula keeps it hygienic for me. By far my favourite lip scrub. Recommend? Yes! Repurchase? Definitely.

I am reviewing this from their Rebel Rose Collection Perfect Pout Lip Scrub.
No, this is not Jeffree Star but there are pros and cons to both to compare.
Packaging, it comes in a plastic twist off jar, nothing special, not important for the price point.
Jeffree Stars Lip Scrub deserves recognition for their packaging. I always say alot of effort is put into what they put out. The lip scrub is extremely Course and Rough that it is almost painful to apply BUT it has such a yummy taste that you want to eat and lick your lips off.
WET N WILD has a more mild flavor that Is still edible and not as course and gritty. It dissolves quickly and leaves the lips feeling super moisturized for awhile which I don’t get from Jeffree Star Collection.
If I could combine the taste from Jeffree and the texture from WET N WILD, I would have a perfect product.
The question is.. Do we want to eat our product or use the product for what it actually does..??
For me WET N WILD is the winner. My lips feel so moisturized, Long lasting and smooth I am loving it. If I ran out, I would go with WET N WILD.

This stuff smells good (like watermelon bubblegum), and the jar is cute (if not particularly hygienic), but that’s where this product’s pros end. It is the worst lip scrub I have ever used. It’s dry and hard to spread. And despite how gritty it is, it doesn’t actually do anything for my lips. It also tastes revolting if you accidentally get some in your mouth. I paid about $5 for my jar, which I thought was a lot for a good Wet n Wild product, let alone a poor one. It’s so bad, I will probably chuck it rather than use it up–and I almost never do that.

YUCK!! Ordered the super popular watermelon flavor– no no no!
This was nasty. In my head, I was imagining something like Jeffree Star’s organic lip scrubs (never tried but you can ingest them)… this was gross! Fake watermelon, combined with a nasty silicone scent. The scrub felt like a scrub but it was also greasy and the nasty scent on the lips – nope! The container is also not very hygenic but that was the least of its problems.
I must be in the minority but this was awful! The smell was just off-putting. The ingredients are nasty– too many oils and chemicals (note: the ingredients on the actual lip scrub were different than on the wnw website–veg oil, castor oil, soybean oil, combined with sun oil, jojoba oil, petroleum) it makes for an off-putting combo and fake watermelon fragrance– an oily, greasy mess. Was really hoping for a more natural, sweet, organic scrub, this was not it. Went straight in the trash.
Revlon’s Kiss balm/exfoliating sugar scrub (sweet mint) in the twist tube— 100% wayyyy better and around the same price and better packaging.
