Got this to use as a blush brush and it was good. I like that this brush pick up colour well and is not too soft. Easy to wash, easy to dry and so far no shedding. Price wise, it is expensive here so those who live in the US got it cheap. But still, i like it and have already repurchase one more to use interchangeably.

WHAT A STEAL! For 99 cents you can’t go wrong I thought as I tossed it into my shopping cart. I never expected to fall in love. Guys, this contour brush is super soft and perfect for all areas of my face. For my nose, I just use the pointy end of the brush. It doesn’t waste any product at all. I definitely, definitely recommend getting this, if not all, the wet n wild brushes.

I bought this at the Duane Reade in my boyfriend’s building along with other inexpensive beauty essentials so I have a face kit there that I can leave, possibly forever without suffering a loss because let’s be honest I’m fickle and there’s no telling when I’ll get sick of him but losing good makeup is the stuff Adele songs are written about.
Most of the other (various brand) purchases can go without mention as expected but I’ve since bought another one of these for home and travel use as it’s really quite good.
Easy to clean, can be used successfully with both cream and powder, provides even coverage and the precision a contour brush should. I find the brush size to be perfect too. Also kinda pretty and goes well with my real-life Barbie Dream Home. OMG I wish how awesome would that be.
Very good brush for an excellent price. A great example of why I love Wet n Wild and always will.

I believe i bought this at dollar tree. It’s my go to for blush and highlighter. Super soft, doesn’t shed, what is there not to like? All their brushes are surprisingly great.

I actually use this as a blush brush, especially if I am working with a sheerer formula or I want a more dramatic application. It is so soft, like kitten fur, and blends the powder very nicely. I like the clean-looking handles, and of course the white-to-pink ombre bristles are hella cute. For about $2, this brush is a steal, and the quality far exceeds the price.

This is one of the softest brushes I’ve encountered in a long time. Is it possible that it is too soft for anything other than applying highlight though? Yes, that’s what I think. I’ve tried it for contouring, ideal shape but way too soft to sculpt your face. It’s okay for blush, especially if you have to use a light hand with strong pigmented formulas. But for highlight this brush is a dream, for me anyway. I love a soft and subtle highlight and feel this does the job perfectly. To top it off, it’s really pretty to look at too. And the cut out in the handle is genius. Very affordable at only a few $, well made and zero shedding.

This is my first contour brush and I don’t even need to purchase any other now 🙂 It is good quality (same as any brush from this white brush collection of Wet’n’Wild), quite densely packed and has zero shedding issues. I use it with powder contour and it blends everything nicely. Overall, good value for price, I recommend it!

Very nice looking brush, I like the fact it’s natural hair. Other than that I don’t have many good things to say about this. I assumed because their powder is amazing this would be too. But it’s not. It is coarse which usually doesn’t bother me too much for contouring. For example the Nars Ita brush is coarse and amazing. This however falls short I don’t think it performs well or makes my contour look good. I don’t reach for this brush at all.

This, along with Sepgora’s new small, tapered, fluffy contour brush, is my new HG. I bought this along with the contour and highlight palette at Sephora, and I am in love. This brush fits right in under my cheekbones and haw and down the sides of my nose…and sculpts my features to perfection! I can go from subtly defined to Kim K levels of contoured perfection with these products and this brush in a matter of minutes. I love the soft hairs and how they buff away any edges, and the lightest sculpt powder in the palette is perfect for my very pale, neutral skin. There’s even a white shimmer highlight, which makes my skin look soft focus.

Soft bristles, but over priced at $40. The head is too small for contouring and too large for highlighting. The handle is too large and unbalances the brush head. I don’t see using this brush on a daily basis. For this price, I’d invest in either a NARS or MAC brush.

I was very disapointed with this brush. Designed for contour and highlighting such as under the cheekbones and top of cheekbones. I can just do that with a regular brush. i dont find myself contouring very often, and i can just highlight with a blush brush. Its too big and fluffy for the eyes but does make a nice blending brush. But for $40, its really just a splurge brush rather than a necessity brush. Nice and soft, excelllent quality with burgandy handle. Pretty but not a necessary tool IMO.

This is the perfect brush for highlighting, not for washing all over the lid. I can’t use it as an all over wash brush cuz it’s too big in terms of my eyes. It is very soft, dense and round, I use it for highlighting or creating shadows with darker powders and it does a wonderful job with its fluffy head. On KA’s website, he gives very good descriptions on how to use this brush, I prefer it to be the highlighting brush becuz it’s firm and the right size for what I need.

I love this brush but I do find I do not use it everyday for its intended purpose (to contour). I do use it everyday as the final blending brush for my eye mu. It is soft but firm (dense bristles but has never irritated my eye). To get a really natural contoured, glowing look for going out I use my skunk brush to add a pop of matte bright pigmented blush to the apples of my cheeks(think Nars Exhibit A, Stila Belle, or Shu Red) then I imagine an “O” around the apple of my cheek. On the lower half of the O in the hollows of my cheeks, I use this contour brush to apply some bronzer very lightly (none or little shimmer like Nars Laguna or EL Bronze Goddess). You can get fancy and apply this along the jawline to look more slender or along the side of the nose to thin it out but when it gets into doing these things it looks better for photos unless you have a super light hand and a very light natural bronzer. Then on the upper part of the O I also use this brush to apply a light dusting of a highlighter (Nars Orgasm, Stila AOS, BB Shimmer Brick, or any shimmery thing) starting from the temple then around the upper part of the apple of your cheek. This is really easy trust me. And you will look just like a movie star :). GREAT brush

Not quite as soft as i hoped (compared to the larger brushes in the KA range). Nevertheless, a perfect shape for contouring and powdering in hard to reach areas like around the nose. Unusual shape, especially useful for any make-up artists out there.

The RT contour brush is one of the most used brushes in my collection. Bought the set 4 years ago, and back then I tried using this for its stated purpose – didn’t love it for that.
Personally found it didn’t work well for contouring, but it’s perfect for setting the undereyes + sides of nose and highlighter. The finish is so beautiful and it’s so soft to use.
Best part: this is such a durable product. Never shed, kept its shape, easy to wash and quick to dry. The only thing is the rubber base has worn off like nars blush packaging does.
As that doesn’t affect application, I’m perfectly happy to have that to be the only sign of wear and tear with years of consistent use. For ~$5 (part of set of 4 priced around $18) this is amazing value

Awesome brush for contour. So soft and fluffy. Extremely easy to clean and quick to dry. Love the sleek packaging.
I also use this as an under eye setting brush and I feel like it works better than the actual setting brush from RT.
This is a must have if you want to try out RT brushes. Highly recommend.

I am a total brush fiend and I have a stupidly huge brush collection. However in recent years, I’ve been phasing out everything in my brush collection to replace them with luxurious Japanese equivalents for each respective category from Hakuhodo, Koyudo, and Chikuhodo, but one brush that I have yet to find a solid replacement for is my beloved Real Techniques Contour Brush! That really speaks to the testament of how great this brush is, and I’ll tell you exactly why.
First of all, it has the perfect shape, size and density for applying contour powders. It is a little egg-shaped brush that is both rounded and tapered enough to perfectly diffuse and apply product, giving me the most natural shading in all the right areas. The shape of the brush allows for precision and applies my contouring powder exactly where I want it, whilst the fluffiness really gives me the best natural effect (notice just how many times I’ve used the word ‘natural’ thus far?). I never have to worry too much about having my contour lines blended out with this beauty since it picks up the perfect amount of product and blends very effortlessly. Not to mention, the bristles are very soft and they don’t hurt my face or any animals. 🙂
Trust me, I have tons of brushes BUT this is one where I haven’t found the perfect dupe for. If this came as an individual brush, I would definitely have no qualms with purchasing it as a standalone product, nor would I mind paying extra $$$. No other brush I’ve tried can compare to how flawlessly it applies contouring powder to my face. I owe so many of my good makeup days to this little brush. I highly recommend it and I am proud to admit that this is my holy grail contour brush. I’d give it 10 lipsticks if I could!

This is one of the best brushes for applying brush and contouring areas of face such as chin and forehead, it picks up product well and blends everything in nicely, i adore this for applying blush as its got that perfect size and angle for applying on cheeks! I also use this as a setting brush for my eyes as it works quite well for that too.
This brush washes very easily doesn’t stain and dries quickly! I have had this brush for over a year and have not experienced any shedding!
A must have for contour/blush.

Another fantastic all-purpose brush from the pixiewoo gals! I do really like it for contouring – small enough for precision, big enough to also blend the contour. Could also be used for a multitude of other things, ranging from highlighting to blusher and setting smaller areas with powder. I find the quality to be the same as my other RT brushes (high for a small price, that is) and I know this is a brush that I’ll be getting tons of use out of. I almost love it as much as the RT Setting Brush. Almost. It’s a tough one to compete with..

Where were we all before Sam Chapman arrived with her brushes? I have repurchased the whole set containing this brush (it was recently released with a brighter coloured orange handles and I’ve lost my old one somewhere) recently and when I gave away the other brushes to friends, this one is my favourite for a precise application of powder and sometimes highlighter.
I do not contour so I’m unable to tell if this brush would work well for it, but for pressing in the loose powder into the T zone and underage area it works very well indeed.
It washes well, does not shed and is easy to find in most Boots or Superdrug.

This is probably my favorite Real Techniques brush and I so wish it was sold separately and not in the Core Collection set.
I don’t use this brush to contour as I feel it is too big and I have a better brush that fits the purpose just right. However, I use this to blend my contour, set my undereye concealer and I also use it for a controlled application of highlighter and blush. This brush is amazing for the latter! AMAZING!
I have had my brush for probably a year and 3 months now and haven’t experienced any shedding. Brush washes easy and bristles are still super soft. This is definitely a multi-task brush and will be repurchasing the Core Collection just to get an extra one of these. RT should definitely consider selling this as a lone product.

(This is for the vegan pink and white brush) I really love this brush. Possibly my favorite from their (somewhat) new brush line. It deposits and blends product beautifully. It can easily create both a chiseled and diffused contour look. It’s also super soft and overall a treat to use. The price is, of course, unbeatable.

Wow…I needed a contour brush and was picking up some mascara when I saw the Wet ‘n’ Wild display with their new brush line. My curiosity was MORE than piqued when I saw the price.. $.99!!! Yeah, that’s not a typo, ninety-nine CENTS! I figured, how wrong can you go for less than a buck, so I grabbed one. Well, I dunno how they do it, but it’s soft and distributes the product beautifully and…did I mention it costs $.99??? It’s synthetic of course, which may make the vegans reading this even happier, but it’s a damn good brush. My skin can be very sensitive to some harsh brushes and this one is super soft. It has a nice ergonomic “dip” for the thumb which makes it easy to control, too. I’ll definitely be checking out their other brushes after this wonderful find!
