I find this to be very long-lasting (definitely lasts through snacks or a small meal. I don’t think it’s supposed to be a “stain”. (It’s called a Tint). While it does not moisturize, it does not dry out my lips either. As long as my lips are in good shape when this is applied, they stay that way. This sort of melts into my lips and adds a smooth tint of color. It’s extremely subtle in my #02 Pretty Orange Pink. This is not a lip stain like Senegence LipSense or BeneTint. It’s along the likes of Benefit Cha Cha Tint or Posietint in that it’s creamy and does not dry instantly. I love the color I have. The price is great and the little bottle is adorable.

this wasn’t very long lasting for me – whenever i took a drink or ate something, it would come off almost immediately there forever having to reapply again. on top of that, this formula is very drying for me even with lip balm topped on and my lips were always chapped with bits of dried skin being left on my lips.
the only good side is that i like how the colour looks on my lips.

Absolute utter crap. I bought this because I was drawn in by its high pigment and neat color selection. It is drying and silicone heavy. It left my lips stinging and peeling after use. It does stain my lips and last a long time, but the stain wears off unevenly. Don’t waste your money.

I love the colours. Have it in dry rose brown, my brown Coral and #5 which I forgot what name the colour is. It looks so good too but it has chapped my lips so much that it became so painful for me.

So, let’s start with the elephant in the room, the lasting power. If you’re looking for a longwearing lip tint, this ain’t it. It’s not too bad if you don’t eat or drink anything, but if you do then it does start to come off. On me it usually needs reapplying after 3-4 hours or so.
On the flipside, this is true to its name – it isn’t overly drying, feels very lightweight, and imparts a pretty matte velvety finish. It does have a silicone-y texture to it, and feels a little bit slippery on lips. I think it’s probably a result of it being formulated to be comfortable, it never really dries down 100%. That’s not to say it looks wet or shiny, it is definitely matte but with a soft focus kind of property about it. It can go on too thickly if you’re not careful – it looks best applied to the centre of the lips, then blended out with a finger or brush. Applied all over lips like a traditional liquid lipstick, the colours can come out ultra bright. The #5 shade Elf Light Rose went on like a bright Barbie pink first time I tried it, but when I used less and blended it out it looked more like the soft pink seen in the shade chart.
However, there’s a lot of very similar shades in this range and peripera’s official shade swatch photos barely match the actual colour in some cases. For example the orange #12 and apricot coral #13 look nearly like they’re the same, except one’s more pink leaning. I’d suggest trying to find swatching videos on YT to get a better idea on shades. Also the bottle is frosted and you can’t see the colour inside the bottle properly.
I really wish the shades and lasting power were better, but overall it’s a good option for soft matte lips without the dryness liquid lipsticks often cause. Great for daytime use.

I have this in 08 Glimpse Brick Brown, which is a beautiful rosy terracotta shade on my neutral, NC20 complexion. I bought it for ₩9,000 (around $11 CAD), which is a good price for the quality in my opinion.
Just like the name suggests, the formula is soft and pillowy like a light mousse. Upon application, it is easy to blend out into a gradient lip but it can also provide wonderful pigmentation without any patchiness. Once it sets down to a non-drying, soft matte finish, it doesn’t feather or somehow gets on my chin when I eat. However, it is not transfer proof or smudge proof – there is minimal transferring and if I wipe my mouth most of it will come off. This lip tint lasts 4+ hours on me if I only drink water and don’t eat. When this wears down it fades into a pretty ‘blotted lip’ look. Taking all of this into consideration, I would classify this as a lip tint/liquid lipstick hybrid instead of just being a lip tint. The packaging is cute, lightweight and sturdy. The fuzzy doe foot applicator is soft and is a good size to quickly apply with. I find the powdery floral scent of this lip tint to be quite faint and it dissipates once set, so it is not annoying at all.
NOTE: it is currently hot and humid where I live, so I don’t find this to be drying (but it’s not moisturizing either). YMMV depending on where you live. I have dry lips 24/7 so I always make sure to exfoliate my lips before using this or else it will exaggerate the peeling skin.
Overall, this Peripera lip tint is a solid, low-maintenance product. Definitely one of my go-to’s when I just want to throw something on so that I have some colour on my face. I love the pillowy, airy texture so I do use this often. I would recommend this.

got this in Elf Rose. I love the color and been using this for more than a week already but I don’t like the rosy smell. It also dried my lips, too dry it went chapped. When I reapplied this lip tint, it had a stinging feel to it. So I stopped using it and waited for my lips to heal. When after a week my lips are ok again, i tried this product on lips and immediately it turned dry ???? what a waste of money

I’m surprised no one has reviewed this on MUA yet!
Given all the online hype and the affordable price point (S$6.40 each on Shopee Singapore), I bought this in four colours right off the bat: #1 Heart Grapefruit, #2 Pretty Orange Pink, #7 My Brown Coral, #8 Glimpse Brick Brown.
In terms of texture and longevity, this really lives up to the hype. The feeling on your lips is really like nothing, I forget I’m wearing lipstick. But note that this is a matte lipstick, and I wanted something a bit glossier so I might still go back to buy more Armani Ecstasy Shine or Laura Mercier!
Colour description:
#2 Pretty Orange Pink: Bright tomato pink, I wouldn’t consider this a neutral. But it is flattering on me.
#7 My Brown Coral: Such a gorgeous gorgeous nude. My favourite and most wearable shade so far!
#Glimpse Brick Brown: Earthier neutral than #7. Looks a bit dull in photographs but very nice and natural in person. Good for more mature, professional settings.
