Yes. yes, yes, yes, this is wonderful and you should buy it. The colors are amazing. Although they are labeled “mattes”, they have a hint of satin to them which gives so much depth and vibrancy. The shadows are not remotely powdery. They blend beautifully and they make quite an impact without any white base. This is the highest-quality shadow I have EVER used! The depth, the saturation, the ease of blending, the all-day life. Honestly after owning this palette, Viseart shadows are my preferred brand.
Some reviewers are saying this is not safe to use on the eyes. This isn’t exactly true. There are ingredients here which aren’t approved in the USA for use in the eye area, but they are approved in the EU. This means it cannot be labeled for eyes in the USA. The EU has much more stringent safety standards for cosmetics than the USA has so I am totally comfortable using it on my eyes. I have super-sensitive eyes and I wear contacts, but this makeup is not remotely irritating for me.

Viseart claims to use the highest quality talc in their eyeshadows, not harvested in China. Their products contain no parabens.
The Editorial Brights Palette is referred to as a cheek and colour correcting palette. It is not considered eye safe is USA, but is in multiple countries such as Canada. People with a poor immune system might want to avoid using this palette around their eyes. I’ve had no issues using the shades as an eyeshadow but take care not the get any pigment in my eyes.
Pigmentation
This palette is easily controllable because the shades can be built up upon. They feel a little hard and don’t have a lot of fallout. The first 3 or 4 shades don’t have the same level of pigmentation as the rest, but they can be built up to an intense colour. The white in pretty muted in pigmentation. The rest of the palette has stronger pigmentation. The colours are bright and intense, some looking almost neon. They are all easy to work with!
Product Amount & Price
I payed exacted $113 CAD for this palette. That sounds scary, but it I break it down, I’m getting 12 pans that hold a whopping 2 grams. Each pan costs about $8 CAD or $6 USD each. That’s the price of a Makeup Geek eyeshadow or Mac, both of which give you less than 2 grams per pan.

I got this just for the two red shades,I have to say they are good, easy to blend, pigmented, soft and smooth texture.
BUT,there is a big but here.
They are not meant for eye area use.
So don’t wear them near your eyes.
You can see the difference on the box,it saids something like cheek and color correct on the bar code sticker.
So it’s a palette on a eye shadow palette collection witch is not for eyes.
I’m not sure is there some colors or all colors are not for eye area,I’m doing my research online.

This palette is everything that I was looking for – bright, matte, huge range of colours, including oranges, yellows, red, etc.
They are very very pigmented and easy to blend for an eyeshadow novice/intermediate like me. They are a little chalky when you pick them up, some more than others, but once they are applied they are very smooth and easy to blend. They last great although I would recommend you use a primer with them, especially if you have greasy lids like me.
I got this with during the 20% vib event so it helped offset the cost. I would totally recommend!
Some of the pigments are not eye-safe according to FDA (like many other bright eyeshadow palettes) so make sure you do some research or limit your wear time with these products! It is made in France and ok for use in Canada. I still use it on my eyes on the rare occasion that I wear super bright eyeshadow and make sure I limit my wear time just in case!

Perfect if you want clear, bright colour and/or are constantly disappointed by shadows not looking as blue, green, purple etc as you’d like. These are the most pigmented shadows I own (UD, toofaced, shiseido, MUG). The full effect is almost like poster paints but you can also apply a smaller amount and sheer it out for a subtle yet colourful glow. I feel they are good for hooded eyes as the little bit of shadow peeping above the hood can still have impact. I deduct a star as this palette is too bright for me. That’s a bit unfair as it’s called “brights” but I wasn’t expecting it to be THIS bright. Having purchased so many other shadows that didn’t give me the colour I wanted, I wasn’t expecting this level of brightness.
The aren’t buttery. They are hard but pick up easily and blend exceptionally well, especially for mattes. They may not feel great to swatch but apply very nicely with a brush. Not too much kickup. They are not like any of my other shadows. I feel as though I am painting with them.
The surprise hit for me is the red, it suits me v well.
I like the pkg, it’s compact and sturdy. Although I only have one Viseart palette, I would be happy to use a couple at a time as they’re so compact, which is kinda necessary as they are not meant to be standalone palettes. Initially, I thought it inconvenient having just bright, just shimmers, just dark mattes etc in one palette but at least it’s very obvious what you’re reaching for.
Value-wise, it’s unlikely that a single person would use all shades equally. I guess that applies to all palettes but it hurts more at this £££. Still, I got mine at a discount so it cost about the same as my naked palette.

This is a whopper of a palette! SO BRIGHT and so pigmented. It blends like a dream. You definitely want to use a eye primer though. REALLY expensive. It’s a lot like Electric Palette but MATTE, so there is a huge difference there. So lovely though I have to say.
